    Proposed Agenda:

    I. BUJMRIGD Recognition Consultative Meeting:

    Matapat, Matino, Mahusay, at May Puso!


    ○ 35 student stakeholders attended the recognition consultative meeting
    called by the CSC President at 8:30 when quorum was reached the
    meeting had already started.
    ○ CSC President Abitria presided the meeting and VP Lomeda serves as the
    recorder while Sec. Badong is late to appear in the meeting,
    ○ It was approved by the quorum out of 22 votes that the Recognition Day
    will be held on July 2, 2022 via virtual platforms,
    ○ Only 2nd year and 3rd year students will receive academic distinction
    based on the University Student Handbook, first years are not included
    however with the concerned raised by Miss Jamille Buiza to look for
    alternatives for them to be included in the recognition as suggestion and
    raised to the student body is supported by Ms. Lomeda and Mr. Morilla,
    ○ To end the manifestation the presiding officers decide to divide the house
    whether the body agree on the suggestion that 1st year should be
    included in the BUJRMIRGD Recognition however they will not be distinct
    as Presidential and Dean’s Lister but instead they will be academic
    awardees,
    ○ It was approved by the quorum to include the 1st year in the recognition
    and compute their 1st semester GWA.
    ○ The event head for the recognition is John Bryan Abitria as agreed by the
    body,
    ○ As requested by Mr. Abitria the posting of the awardees which will be
    done after the recognition will be on the care of RISO specifically Ms.
    Charlene Boholano and Ms. Therese Angelu Abion and it was accepted
    by the RISO President Morilla.

    ○ Committees for the Recognition Day are compose of different


    representative of blocks of BPA:
    1. Digital Art Committee headed by
    2. Technical Committee headed by Charlene Boholano
    3. Secretariat Committee
    4. Program Committee headed by JB Abitria
    5. Financial Committee headed by Leila Lisano
    6. Awards Committee (composed of the Registrar, Faculty, and CSC
    President)

    Note: All suggestions during the consultative meeting called by the CSC President will be
    discussed during the meeting of CSC to faculty and awards committee, and will be
    included for the crafting the proposal and planning of the BUJMRIGD Recognition.

    II. Stakeholders (Parent’s Meeting for Partial Face to Face Classes)


    ○ Will be held virtually, date will be followed
    III. Orientation of BPA 3rd Year Students’ Research and 4th Year Students’ Research
    and OJT

    Matapat, Matino, Mahusay, at May Puso!


    ○ Will be held virtually, date will be followed
    ○ A suggestion was raised by Ms. Ronaden Notario to make the orientation
    a collaboration with RISO & CSC since RISO will be spearheading a
    webinar series called USWAG.
