RFT is the technology partner to the Risk divisions of Credit Risk, Market Risk and Non-
Financial Risk. This includes definition of the IT strategy and provision of solutions to
allow Risk to manage all aspects of risk from the analysis of counterparty credit risk to
the protection of the Bank's infrastructure and information.
You will work as part of a cross-functional agile delivery team. You will bring an
innovative approach to software development, focusing on using the latest technologies
and practices, as part of a relentless focus on business value. You will be someone who
sees engineering as team activity, with a predisposition to open code, open discussion
and creating a supportive, collaborative environment. You will be ready to contribute to
all stages of software delivery, from initial analysis right through to production support.

Responsibilities:
Able to cope with hybrid way of working – 2 days/week from client's
office in Bucharest Pipera.
Lead a scrum team of software and quality engineers creating
software implementing priority initiatives
Partner with Product Owners and technology/quality management
to ensure the consistent delivery of quality software each sprint
Coach a team of software and quality engineers to continually
improve through retrospectives and the prioritization and application of
learnings
Evaluate team dynamics to identify ways to deliver better and more
consistently
Lead team through the use of standard Scrum ceremonies
Regularly generate Scrum artifacts providing transparency related
to sprint progress and priority
Evangelize the Agile/Scrum process throughout the organization
Foster an attitude of self-management on the team
Standardize scrum practices among teams
Use Jira as a tool to assist scrum team efficiency
