the toughest code analysis problems in the industry. We develop complex algorithms to scan the code of over 20
different programming languages. Development and testing are done using agile methodologies and techniques.
We are looking for a highly motivated, passionate Techno Manager who can lead and develop a strong
engineering team in the emerging Cybersecurity and Application Security Testing areas.
The candidate will be responsible for the end-to-end software development and delivery. You must have good
technical acumen, understanding and aptitude to oversee & coach the team on agile practices, guide the team
on understanding requirements/expectations and also take up independent modules to contribute technically.
You will also be expected to manage the dynamics of the fast-paced environment, multitude of technologies.
You will be responsible for managing and coordinating resources, tuning processes in order to make quality &
timely deliveries.
10-14 years of experience in software development and demonstratable significant contributions done on either
Backend or Frontend technologies
Vast experience working in products with technologies such as Core Java / .NET C# and should have handled
complex products both developing and supporting
Experience in various IDEs and associated plug-in framework
Experience with desktop UI frameworks such as Swing, SWT, JFace, and WPF
Familiarity with web frontend development, particularly using Angular, is advantageous
Experience with diverse IDE (eg., IntelliJ, Eclipse, VSCode) and CI/CD Integration
Familiarity with consuming RESTful APIs and handling large amounts of data
Comfortable with SQL (MySQL is what we use, but other SQL flavors are fine).
Good understanding of modern architectures and best practices.
Management Experience of 2-4 years managing a team of ~10 people at various career levels
Strong leadership experience in project management skills, people management, and problem-solving skills
Knowledge in Container based deployments, Devops practices and tools like Jenkins, Docker and Git
Actively involves in the technical discussions and adds value to the discussion with experience. Helps team
members to set their objectives and prepare their competency improvement plan. Guide the team members by
providing the appropriate opportunities to achieve their objectives and improve competencies to help them grow
in their career.
Closely observes the performance of the engineers on both the deliverables and competencies. Provides the
appropriate feedback (both the appreciations & focus areas) in a timely manner as part of the performance
appraisal process.
Work closely with stakeholders Product Management & other engineering functions to cater to the product
requirements by driving a sound test plan/strategy, influence product architecture/design.
Work with inter-group teams to implement ongoing improvement initiatives
Develop strategies that align with organization vision & objectives. Anticipate changes and implements
operational plans that are achievable.
Develop & manage relationships throughout the org to re-inforce culture of collaboration
Keep abreast of latest technologies, best practices and apply them relevant to the org, Lead the change in
adoption of new process / technology
Proactively identify opportunities for process improvement and cost reduction opportunities

You are determined to understand cyber attack techniques at a very detailed level.
You are a self-starter who is able to work with minimal management, however have strong collaboration and
interpersonal skills to work together with several other professionals from other information security fields.
