Freehand Exercise- it is done without the help of any special equipment, it performed by moving the hand
and foot position.
A. Foot Position

 Using left foot first followed by right foot.

 Arms diagonally downward in front or back of the body.

5. Arms in T-Position
 Bend elbows at shoulder level.
 Forearm parallel to elbows
 Palms facing the body.
 Fingers together and pointing downward
6. Arms in Reverse T-Position
 Bend elbows at shoulder level.
 Forearm parallel to elbows
 Palms facing the head
 Fingers together and pointing upward
