EXPLANATION
2 GOOD DESIGNS OF THE HOUSE AND HOW THEY ENHANCE THE HOUSE FUNCTIONALITY
1. Interior Design Built: This is specifically the living room, dining room, and kitchen on the floor level.
The design makes the house more practical for us as a family for we can reach out to each other
easier despite any situations.
2. Vehicles Porch: This area is very spacious and open so cars, motorcycles, and bicycles can be
parked neatly. Our family can park our vehicles inside the house compound to ensure their safety
from thefts, animal attacks, and the weather.

2 SUGGESTIONS TO ADD TO THE HOUSE AND HOW THEY CAN IMPROVE THE OVERALL FUNCTIONALITY
1. Material of walls: concrete to clay bricks- regulate better temperatures for the house but it's quite
costly.
2. Material of yard fence: PVC to wire gauze- currently the PVC fence is getting more fragile as time
goes by so it is quite easy for intruders to get into the house compound which is dangerous.
Replacing it with wire gauze will be much safer but still, the cost is going to strike.

2 ASPECTS TO CONSIDER IF THE HOUSE'S FLOOR FINISHES ARE GOING TO BE CHANGED AND HOW THEY
INFLUENCE THE COST
1. Material Selection: Different flooring materials come with varying price ranges, installation
requirements, and maintenance needs. Hardwood flooring tends to be more expensive than
laminate or vinyl options. Natural stone tiles, such as marble or granite, also tend to be more costly
compared to ceramic or porcelain tiles. Additionally, specialized materials like reclaimed wood or
custom-made tiles can further increase the cost.
2. Preparation and Installation: If the current floor is in good condition and suitable for the new
flooring, the preparation work might involve minimal effort, such as cleaning and leveling the
surface. If the existing floor requires repairs or removal, additional costs for demolition, disposal, or
subfloor preparation may arise. The installation process can vary depending on the chosen flooring
material. Some materials may require professional expertise or specialized tools, leading to higher
labor costs.
