Introduction:
Purpose of this document is to provide guidance to VROs on using the Mobile App developed for
capturing the details of the beneficiaries to whom Agriculture Lands and Lanka Lands (A Class, B
Class and C Class) were assigned by Government of Andhra Pradesh for the sole purpose of
cultivation.

RDO: RDOs must ensure that necessary data entry and mutations on the name of Beneficiaries were
completed in Webland by respective Tahsildar, before entering data in this mobile app by VRO.

VRO:

Step 1 Download Mobile App from the below link

https://navaratnalu-housesites.ap.gov.in/GSVPortal/Home.aspx

Step 2 Install the Mobile App in your Mobile.

Step 3 Login with VRO Login Id and Default Password REVENUE@123
Step 4 After Successful Login, enter the details of the Beneficiaries and Lands as explained in
Page No.14 to Page No.17 of the user manual.

Step 5 Provision given in the Mobile App to assign both Agriculture and Lanka Lands to a
beneficiary wherever required and the total extent not exceeding 5 Acres.

Step 6 Verify the data and Submit.

Step 7 Submitted data can be viewed using the option “AP Land Assigned List” given in the
Menu as shown in Page No.16 of the user manual.

Step 8 On successful submission, the assignees data pertaining to Agriculture Lands goes to
Tahsildar Login for further process and Patta Generation.

Lanka Lands Assignees data goes to Tahsildar initially for verification and forwarded to
District Collector Login for approval.

Tahsildar and District Collector:

Step 1 Login to https://navaratnalu-housesites.ap.gov.in/GSVPortal/Home.aspx

Step 2 Verify Beneficiaries data entered by VRO and Edit data if required and approve the
Data

Step 3 Patta Generation provision given at Tahsildar level after approval by respective
Tahsildar for Agriculture Lands and Lanka Lands by respective District Collector.

Mobile App Installation:
• Go to website https://navaratnalu-housesites.ap.gov.in/GSVPortal/home.aspx.
• In the website go to downloads and then AP Land Assignment APK will appear as depicted
in figure 1.

• After downloading the APK a message will appear and select on Install as depicted in
figure 2.

• After completion of Installation procedure message will appear as depicted in figure 3.

 • Now the below Icon will appear on your mobile screen as depicted in figure 5.

• After tapping on the Icon, Navaratnalu splash screen will appear for few seconds and Login
Screen will be displayed as shown in figure 7.

• Now Login screen is displayed to enter Credentials like Login Id, Password and Captcha and
click on Login as depicted in figure 7.

• After successful login a screen will appear as depicted in figure 8.

• Click on AP Land assignment 2023 to enter the details of assignees as depicted in figure 9.

 • Now data entry screen will appear as depicted below in figure 10 and figure 11

• Land Type: Select Land Type such as Vyavasaya Bhoomi, Lanka Bhoomi (A class & B class)
and Lanka Bhoomi (C Class) as depicted in figure 11.

 • Beneficiary Details : Enter beneficiary details such as Village, Beneficiary Name ,Aadhaar
no, Age, Gender, Relative name, Relation type, Mobile number, House number, Street
Name as depicted in figure 12.

• Land Details : In this section enter details of the land assigned to the beneficiary

 • After selecting the Village name, select one of the following options
1. Survey number.
2. LP Number.

Option 1 : Survey Number:

Enter details such as Survey number, Sub division, Khata number, Land Classification and Extent as
depicted in figure 13.

Note: The extent area should be up to 5 Ac.cts only as depicted in figure 14.

Option 2: LP Number for Resurvey Completed Villages

• Enter Details such as village name, Khata number, Land classification and Extent as
depicted in figure 15.

 • On clicking Add button a preview of the details will appear as depicted in figure 17.

• After that click on Submit button as depicted in figure 18.

 • After clicking on Submit button a message will appear “Given Details Submitted
successfully” as depicted in figure 19.

Note: If the Beneficiary was assigned Land in both Agriculture Land and Lanka Lands, VRO need to
enter the data again till the total extent assigned doesn’t exceed 5 acres.

Validation will be done based on Beneficiary Aadhaar Nos.

AP Land Assigned List

On submission of beneficiary details, VRO can view the list of submitted records using below options

1. Using the AP Land Assigned List button on the home page

 2. AP Land Assigned List option in the Services option in the menu on the left side of the screen

• Select on AP Land Assigned List service as depicted in figure 21.
