Protective actions during
firefighting Control run-off water by containing and keeping it out of sewers and watercourses.

Special protective equipment

for firefighters Wear positive-pressure self-contained breathing apparatus (SCBA) and appropriate protective clothing.
Firefighter's clothing conforming to European standard EN469 (including helmets, protective boots and
gloves) will provide a basic level of protection for chemical incidents.
