    1.0 INTRODUCTION

    Public Speaking (Bahasa Melayu) is an association club under the cocurricular unit.
    The club is made up of consists of various courses of students who are here. Next, the club
    will implement a program that is talk about Mental Health for higher education students on
    23 July 2022. Therefore, the Public Speaking (Bahasa Melayu) is working together to make
    this program a success.

    2.0 OBJECTIVE

    The objective of organizing the program is:

    2.1 Provide awareness to all students about mental health.


    2.2 The ability to change self-harming behaviors and habits to all students.
    2.3 It affects how they think, feel, and act. It also helps determine how they handle
    stress, relate to others, and make healthy choices.

    3.0 ORGANIZE

    The program is organized under the Cocurricular Unit session 2021/2022.

    4.0 TARGET AUDIENCE

    Semester 1 until 5 students of UiTM Pahang Branch Jengka Campus.

    6.0 CONCLUSION

    Approval of activities from the Executive Management of UiTM Jengka Branch is very

    friendships among the participants and can change the thinking of this mental health
    problem for the better.
