1. Internships allow students to gain direct experience.
2. Enables the students to try various career options and to find out where they might fit best in a
professional environment.
3. This gives students valuable experience in preparation for employment.
4. Since internships require a great deal of personal responsibility, the experience provides an
important step in an individual’s personal and professional maturation process.

TRAINING PLAN

MAJOR in BUSINESS MANAGEMENT

A 600 hours actual exposure of students to selected business firms in Batangas and nearby
cities, specifically industries, banks, medium and large enterprises and other non- bank intermediaries
through a supervised program. Students are exposed to industrial settings to validate what they have
learned, hone their skills and broaden/deepen their understanding of theories/concepts learned.
