Established In 2013. Constructing Various Types Of Buildings
And Have Been Successful In Completing These Projects Based
On Their Respective Contract Termination Periods. Du To best
Experience The Form As Attained As Well -organized
Organizational Makeup For Running The Business.

CENTER LINE MARKING

 Center line is an imaginary line down the middle of a

structure or component. When marking the layout or setting
out a building, centerline marking plays a crucial role.
You can mark the centerline in the field using a baseline as a
reference.
To mark the centerline of a wall perpendicular to the long
wall:
Dimension of building 20×46 feet

• 9×9 inches
• 9×18 inches
• 9×21 inches
FOOTING
 In building construction, a footing refers to the
lower part of a structure’s foundation system.
These structural elements are designed to support
the building and distribute its weight across a
broader area of soil.
 Combined Footings: Supports two or more
columns with overlapping individual footings.
Reinforced Details
Dimension of footing :- 6×11 feet
Dimension of column :- 9×18 inches
Depth:-24 inches Clear cover:- 2 inches
Longitudinal 10mm Diameter @ 6 inches
Breadth 12mm Diameter @ 6 inches
 Spread Footing : Spreads the load over a wide
area of soil to avoid exceeding safe bearing
capacity.

COLUMN
 Columns are vertical load-bearing members that primarily support axial
compressive loads. Their purpose is to transmit the load from the structure to the
foundation.

BRICK WORK MASONARY
 Brick Masonry Is A Highly Durable Form Of Construction. It Is Built By
Placing Bricks In Mortar In A Systematic Manner To Construct Solid Mass
That Withstand Exerted Loads. There Are Several Types Of Bricks And
Number Of Mortars Can Be Used To Construct Brick Masonry.
 There Is No Need Of Skilled Labour To Construct .
 Less Time Consuming .
• Brick Dimension – 190mm X 190mm X 90 Mm
• Type Of Bond – Flemish Bond
• Mortar Ratio -1:4
• Grade Of Cement – 43 Grade
• There Are Class A Bricks use
BEAM
A beam is a horizontal structural element that carries
vertical loads and transfers them to support
points .Beams are commonly used in buildings,
bridges, and other structures to

SHUTTERING AND CENTRING
 Shuttering:- Is The Term Used For
Temporary structure build on Timber,
Plywood, Metal Or Other Material Used To
Provide Support To Wet Concrete Mix Till It
Gets Strength For Self-support. It Provide
Support To Horizontal, Vertical And Inclined
Surface Or Also Provides Support To Cast
Concrete According To Required Shape And
Size.

 Centring :- It Is A Part Of The Work Which

Support The Horizontal Surface .
CONCRETING
Concreting is a fundamental process in construction,
involving the preparation and placement of concrete
to create durable structures. Let’s explore the essential
steps involved in the concreting process
Batching : Batching refers to measuring different
concrete ingredients such as cement, coarse aggregate,
sand, and watering the correct proportions. There are
Weight Batching: Materials are measured by weight,
ensuring greater accuracy. two methods for batching
Mixing : In this step, all ingredients are thoroughly mixed
until the paste achieves uniform color and
consistency.
Machine Mixing: Machines ensure a more homogeneous
mix at a lower water-cement ratio. Economical for
larger works.
Transportation : Freshly mixed concrete is transported to the construction
site. Methods
Mechanical Transportation: Using trucks or other machinery for longer
distances.
Placing : Concrete is correctly positioned on formworks (molds) according to
the design. Proper placement ensures structural integrity and aesthetics.
Compaction : Air bubbles are removed from freshly placed concrete to
enhance its strength and bond with reinforcement. eliminates voids and
ensures a dense, solid structure.
Curing : Curing involves maintaining the concrete’s moisture for a specific
period to complete hydration. Proper curing significantly improves
concrete strength.
PLASTERING
 Plastering is a vital finishing process in the
construction industry. It involves applying a thin
layer of plaster a mixture of cement, sand, and
water over rough surfaces of walls or ceilings.

 The primary purpose of plastering is to provide a

smooth, durable surface while concealing
brickwork, concrete, and other materials1.

 The Thickness Of Plaster be at least 10 –12 mm.

conclusion
 Durability of a building depend mainly on proper construction process and
proper use of materials.
 As per my training ,l have conclude that , during my training days I was
familiar with the construction of brick Masonry and plastering and other works
under a construction of residential building.
 Plaster is necessary to cover and protect the masonry from weathering factor.
