    Module /Subject name: Conflict Management


    Course Code: MGT412

    Guideline of assignment:

    1. Cover sheet- Assignment Title, University logo with name, the course title, course code,
    lecturer name, students’ name (group members), and submission date.

    2. The word count should be limited to 2000-2500 words for each assignment.

    3. Use Font Times New Roman 12, and type in 1.5 line spacing, besides having one space in
    between each paragraph.

    4. All assignments or projects will have a compulsory presentation, which carries another 8%
    marks. (Consider distribution marks: Communication skills, depth of knowledge, analytical
    skill, visual aids, personal grooming, and group efforts) and submission of the project or
    writing report will carry another 5% marks.

    5. Cut and paste work, plagiarism, and undeclared sources will result in an automatic failure.

    6. Assignment prepared with a group member of 3/4 (person)


    Assignment/Project

    1. Find or search (Google/Newspaper) for the most recent/current/contemporary/latest


    Issues/problems/pitfalls regarding conflict or Conflict Management) in your country.

    2. Choose your Topic: Find a topic that should be new and latest, and has precedence in social
    media, newspapers, and the business community regarding the conflict in any Multinational
    company (MNC), Local reputed company, or any other international business organization.

    3. Finding at least 5 or more related articles related to the topic. (The article/journal/newspaper
    cutting support which might be within the between (2016-2022) Year onwards.

    4. Use these articles to create a title or headings (showing relationships, changes, reviews,
    effects, etc.)

    5. Writing the report as per the guideline

    a. Introduction

    ii. Background of the study
    iii. Significant of the study

    b. Background and rationale


    i. Brief about the organization
    ii. Briefly mention the purpose and introduce the topic and the key points about the report

    c. Literature review of the study:


    Discuss the sources, the previous study points made, and how does it relate to your
    finding.

    e. Finding and Analysis


    Discussion the finding, relations with social, economic, and ecological or environmental
    factors, also try to relate pedagogical implications and recommendations.

    f. Recommendation & Conclusion


    Conclusion (briefly restate the main argument and direct your ideas and recommendation).
