    1. Every Elementary and Secondary shall conduct quarterly PTA Meeting for the purpose of
    providing a forum for discussion of issues to the total classroom programs and innovations.

    2. Thus, our classroom will conduct PTA meeting on May 18, 2023 at 2:00pm via face-to-
    face platform.

    3. In relation to this, you are hereby requested to attend for the following Agenda;

    a. Learner’s Standing
    b. Basis on giving of Awards
    c. Calendar Activities for June & July
    d. Awarding of Certificates of Academic Excellence and Certificate of
    Perfect Attendance
    e. Distribution of Cards
    f. Duties and Responsibilities as parents
    4. Please be on time and set the date for our FGD and Conference/Meeting.

    5. DepEd Order No. 13, s. 2022 reminds everyone of Conducting Quarterly Meeting.
