Executive Summary
Due to the fact that bubble teas have started gaining wide acceptance in Cebu, we are
launching a Milk tea business to provide quality tea and the option of trying different flavors to
our varied consumers. We have a specially designed Milk tea Station to serve all of our
consumers in our community.
Our milk tea business is in a strategic location that is not overcrowded, giving us the possibility
to attract additional clients. Furthermore, we are in a handy location for both clients and
employees.
We have carefully considered our competition in Medellin and are confident that we will be
able to distinguish ourselves from them due to our high-quality products and services at
reasonable prices, as well as the fact that we have devised publicity strategies that will enable
us to stand out once implemented.
We are investing in specialized milk tea producing equipment such as shakers, sealers, and an
electric induction heater since we plan to serve our milk tea in a variety of flavors and because
we believe in presenting a professional package. We've also invested in high-quality minor
appliances like stirrers, sugar dispensers, tea jugs, and a POS machine. Even though bubble teas
are a specialized product, our customers can choose from a variety of tastes; as a result, we've
created a menu that includes a variety of bubble tea flavors to meet any of our customers'
needs.
We plan to get our ingredients from Cebu City because we understand how crucial it is to utilize
only high-quality equipment when producing bubble tea. Our purchasing manager has done the
necessary investigation and found reputable suppliers and providers who are within our
budget. Because our employees are the face of the company, we can not only select talented
people to support the operation of the company, but also effectively convey the brand to our
customers. Staff are also trained to prepare bubble tea that meets Erica's standards.

Industry Overview
Even though some people are regarded as a coffee society, milk teas are fighting to ensure that
they grab the attention of the filipinos and make them switch to drinking Milk teas. The tea
which originated from Taiwan in the early 1980s have seen people who are health conscious
dump their other drinks for it.
More and more people are switching to Milk tea, but it hasn't yet reached the size of some
huge coffee shops in Cebu. For example, coffee chains like Starbucks and Dunkin Donuts have
more than 298 and 933 stores in the Philippines, respectively.
There is also a milk tea shop in Cebu, but it sells behind the coffee shop. This fact makes it
difficult for milk tea to compete in the market as one of the few milk tea shops without a strong
brand presence. According to statistics, Filipinos have more coffee than tea and drink 8 fluid
ounces. In one day coffee and one -third tea. This fact also puts milk tea at a dangerous level, as
it is difficult to break the Filipino coffee tradition.
That's not to say that bubble tea is overshadowed, but most beverage lovers point out that
bubble tea can be a smoothie or tea, which makes a refreshing change. Bubble tea does not
contain caffeine, so it is also popular with people who do not want to add caffeine to their
drinks. In Cebu milk tea stores are mainly located anywhere. For instance, in most restaurants
in the Philippines, Milk tea products are often on the beverage menus. Even though, Most of
Bubble Tea 's growth is mostly concentrated in some areas, but especially because of the media
attention and much being done on social media platforms to promote Bubble Tea. There is still
room for growth.

Eryka’s Milk Tea is a teahouse that offers all flavors and types of milk tea. Milk tea is sold as a
ready-to-drink bottle product. Our bubble tea is a rare alternative to traditional tea while
providing the best experience for a variety of customers. Milk Tea is not only to generate
revenue, but also to ensure a healthy profit margin at all times. In addition, we do not plan to
sell only milk tea in order to trade milk tea-related products and provide services in line with
milk tea and tea-related businesses permitted by Philippine law.

Our Mission and Vision Statement


 To be the preferred bubble tea store in Medellin, Cebu, and in the whole
Philippines; and to also ensure that we never compromise on quality in the
making of our products.
 To achieve our vision, we constantly review the ingredients used in bubble
tea and ensure that our customers deal with honesty and transparency.
