aware of others is an important idea
for everyone

of others when using technology and
understand how technology can affect
others.
▪Students need to know that their choices,
their words and their actions in the digital
world can truly have an impact on others.

▪ Appropriate websites
▪ Communicating with others in a
courteous and respectful manner
▪ Respecting others’ views and material
▪Using technology during appropriate times
and appropriate settings
▪Should avoid the following:
▪ Engaging in inappropriate behaviors such

▪ Threatening or flaming others
▪ Cyber bullying
▪ Posting or sharing personal and private
information
▪ Using inappropriate language
▪Learning right from wrong in the
