    Dear Yu En,

    OFFER OF PERMANENT PART-TIME SERVICE CREW

    We are pleased to offer you a permanent part-time position as service crew, reporting to our
    General Manager, with effect from ……………. on the terms and conditions stipulated below:

    Scope of Work

     Greet customers and take orders


     Communicating orders effectively to the kitchen and in addition, memorizing the
    menu and offering recommendations to upsell chef’s special, appetizers, desserts, or
    drinks
     Attend and respond to the customers’ requests promptly and professionally
     Keeping the dining area clean and organized (washing/cleaning)
     Undertake any ad-hoc duties as assigned by the General Manager

    Emoluments & Benefits

    1.1 Part-Time Hourly Rate

    S$10 per hour

    1.2 Working Days/Hours

    Saturday & Sunday including Public Holiday


    10 hour per day: 11am – 3pm // 5pm – 11pm

    Additional hours shall be performed as and when required by the Company with
    remuneration or compensation.

    General Terms & Conditions

    1.3 Notice Period

    Either party can terminate the service by giving to the other, two (2) weeks in lieu of
    notice.

    1.4 Termination of Employment

    The Company reserves the right to dismiss you without notice and without compensation
    for lack of notice, on grounds of misconduct or conduct inconsistent with the fulfillment
    of the express or implied conditions of your service.

    1.5 Conflict of Interest & Confidentiality

    You shall not at any time during your employment, except with the express and special
    permission of the Company, engage directly or indirectly in any other business or
    occupation whatever, either as principal, agent, servant, broker or otherwise engage in
    any activity to the detriment, whether direct or indirect, of the Company’s interest.

    You shall not at any time during your employment or after the termination of your
    employment, except by the direction or with the expressed approval of the Company,
    divulge either directly or indirectly to any person or company, knowledge or information
    which you may acquire during the course of or incidental to your employment concerning
    the affairs, business, transaction or policies of the Company.
