Brief Statement
T he Jordanian labor market has received great interest by his

Majesty King Abdullah the Seconds Bin AL- Hussein his
Government, represented by the many procedures and his put laws
and regulations for this purpose and in specific to keep the percentage of
unemployment law and to give Jordanian the priority of jobs.
This aspect is of great importance in order to minimize the

unemployment in Jordan; from this aspect, his Majesty King
Abdullah the Second has ordered to license these offices
[Recruitment Companies] that work on providing job
opportunities for the Jordanian Community inside or outside
Jordan.

Elite Recruitment Company Established in 1999 as the first Specialized

Recruitment Company in Jordan, ELITE has been a pioneer in applying the
