BUSINESS MODEL

Key Partners
The key partners are some universities within the u-belt that will subsidize the 50% of
the total rate their students will pay when using the company’s services. They help our
business become well known by promoting us in their respective schools.
Key Activities
Rental of co-working spaces, rental of laptops, discounts for clients from our partner
universities, and rental of stall spaces are Workarito’s key activities to generate
revenue.
Key Resources
Workarito’s key resources are the employees who would frequently engage with the
customers about their experience in using our service. We also think that material
resources are necessary to provide the customers a great experience and inspire them
to be more productive when they visit Workarito.
Value Propositions
Workarito provides co-working spaces for students and office employees. Due to the
pandemic, both education and work had to shift online. Because of this, many people,
especially students, can’t focus at home because home should only be a place for rest.
Workarito aims to create an environment that would make its clients more productive.
Customer Relationships
Workarito wants to frequently engage with its customers before and after they have
availed of the services. We want to create a feedback system wherein the customers
could rate the quality of service that we offer to them. We would also listen to their
requests and their comments so that the services that we provide could be improved.
Channels
To reach the customers, Workarito is planning to advertise its services using traditional
media(i.e: flyers, posters, brochures) and social media(Facebook, YouTube, Twitter,
Reddit, TikTok). The company aims for the advertising to be cost-efficient but could
reach a wide audience.
Customer Segments
The target market of Workarito is college students studying in top universities within the
University Belt, Manila, and nearby places who are having online classes and doing
school works at home. We also want to include the employees of top companies in the
Philippines that have offices in Manila who are working from home. The age group for
students is between 17-24 years old and 21-30 years old for employees.

The total of this will then be added to the price of the service Workarito is providing to its
customers. Our business wants to optimize the price for the customers while providing a
good service to our target market.
Revenue Streams
Workarito aims to generate revenue from the rental of co-working spaces, laptop rental,
subsidies from partner universities, and rental of spaces for stalls Our business will use
Competitive Pricing in terms of its pricing strategy.
