We selected this model because it adapts to the needs of the company, as it is a
young and emerging company and does not have the necessary traffic on its
website.

generating revenue through traffic or possible attention on the website and social
networks.
● Paid Ads: Invest in paid ads on platforms like Google Ads and Facebook Ads
to increase visibility.

Value Proposition
Offer free content and essential tools for users through social networks and digital platforms,
on sustainable development, to adopt and put it into practice, encouraging them to visit and
explore the website. Bibliographic material, news, publications, advice and other
complementary services can be found.
Currently, the Biotica company does not have enough traffic on essential networks such as
Facebook and Instagram, so the aim is to attract as much attention as possible on these
social networks so that the company can become known and consolidate itself as an
environmental consulting company.

It is aimed primarily at the environmental community, for those organizations that care about
sustainability and the adoption of environmentally responsible practices.
On the other hand, the aim is to inform and raise awareness among the general public on
digital platforms and social networks about what is happening in the environment and the
measures that must be adopted to achieve sustainable development.
Competence
The eyeballs business model, also known as membership sites or subscription model,
competes with other business models, such as the peer to peer (P2P) model.
P2P Model: This model facilitates the exchange of products or services between users
directly, without intermediaries. Some examples of this model are Airbnb and Mercado Libre,
which means that the client does not get bored when viewing and visiting our page.
Another business model that may be our competition is the multicomponent model where,
unlike ours, it is based on selling the same product in different places with different prices
and presentations around the world.
CEMGI is an environmental consulting company that uses the eyeball business model, one
of our competitors when it comes to business models, where we can locate how they are
managed and how they carry it out in order to strengthen ourselves and implement better
ones in the same model.
Technological integration: The introduction of this model to our company will open the doors
to many potential and final clients for the continuation of our company and to have a greater
reach, to become an even more profitable company and to be the first option in
environmental consulting.
The integration of our model: First, we will analyze if the chosen model is viable to use for
our company. Secondly, we will analyze the possible social media options that will be used
for the launch of the model where it is estimated that they will be of great help to us by
attracting more customers and having more interaction on our website. And finally we will
start with the business model and do an analysis every month to find out if it is profitable or
not.
Resources: Thanks to the chosen model, it would not be difficult for us to do it monetarily
speaking since there are platforms where it can be done completely free to achieve our main
objective, which is: increase visits to our page and why not to our branch.
Relationship with customers: This model is very friendly to customers since they are
monitored from the moment they visit our site until their interaction with us ends.

5-year strategies:
Strategic alliances will be a key point to access new markets, expand the economic offer,
giving scope to collaboration with other companies or organizations in the environmental
sector.

market, offering better quality service and fewer negative impacts on the
environment.
● The exploration of international opportunities will allow the expansion of the service.
● Ensure that the company is sustainable in the long term through good management
of resources and diversification of income sources.
We will achieve this by optimizing our website to appear in search engines such as Google,
creating digital content such as videos, blog photographs among others to retain the defined
audience, we will use social networks as our main means of communication and get involved
with personalities to promote our service.
In loyalty marketing we will get customers to write positive public comments on our different
communication channels, which transmit the information to friends and family; As? Offering
excellent customer service, training the team, personalizing treatment with clients and
paying attention to trends or possible market trends in order to retain our collaborators.
Online medium: In this medium we will have a budget of 30,000 pesos to achieve our
objectives with digital marketing, which is to obtain 5 new clients quarterly for the next 5
years. If this is not achieved, it will have been a wrong strategy. We will not work with an
advertising agency since we have publicists and marketing specialists who will support us in
this section.

achieved it will have been a wrong strategy. We do not work with advertising agencies since
we have experts on the subject for that work.
We will use strategies such as direct marketing (print advertising, kiosks, events, fairs,
telecommunications, etc.).
