Suzuki Motor Corporation has made the following organisation change, change in operational responsibilities of Officers,
appointment and retirement of Managing Officers, appointment of adviser, and personnel change of general managers
as of 1 July 2018.
For the expansion of global business of the Suzuki Group, from the long-term perspective, the Company aims to make a
structure to comprehensively manage approximately 65,000 persons of human resources across the Group, as well as to
fulfill human resources education.
Also, the Company has terminated the divisional system and adopted the deputy executive manager system to cross-
functionally manage operations.
