GOVTTHI AGREEMENT OF LEAVE AND LICENCE is made and entered into at Mumbai on

BY AND BETWEEN

"ICENSOR"

A HEREAS the LICENSOR is the lawful owner and holding possession of FLAT premises situated at "Flat no.
20-Wing, Gulraj Height CHS, Ltd., Nehru Nagar, Kurla (E), Mumbai-400024.", (hereinafter called and

HEREAS on the request of the LICENSEE, the LICENSOR has agreed to give the said Flat oremises to

CENSEE for a temporary period of 11 (Eleven) months for their residential use on Leave and License
Sis on the following terms and conditions as agreed between them:
NOWTHEREEORE THISAGREEMENTWITNESSETHASUNDER:
1. That this Leave and License Agreement is commencing w.e.f. 10h April 2022 and shall remain valid till
9th March 2023, for ELEVEN months only unless not terminated earlier.
2. That the LICENSEE had paid a sum of Rs. 75,000/- (Rupees Seventy Five Thousand Only) as an interest
free security deposit to the LICENSOR on execution of the agreement for the said premises.
3. That the Licence shall pay a sum of Rs.22.000/- (Rupees Twenty-Two Thousand only) on or before 10
day of every month as a license fees/rent in respect of the said premises to the licensor.
4. That the Licensee shall pay Electricity Bill and other outgoing charges every month in respect of the said
premises during the term of this agreement & the maintenance charges in respect of the said premises
5. That the Licensee shall use the said premises only for residential purpose and shall not claim
tenancy/sub-tenancy/ownership rights in respect of the said premises under any circumstances and
shall vacate the same on completion/termination of this agreement. In the event of breach of this

6. That the Licensee is not allowed to obtain any loan against the said premises and shall not be allowed
7. That the Licensee shall not make any additional or alteration in the said premises without written

permission from the licensor but the licensee is allowed to use this Leave and License agreement as an
address proof.
9. That both the parties reserve their rights to terminate this agreement by serving 30 days' written
notice to other party it earlier vacation of the said premises is required by the parties otherwise the
agreement will bee renewed for further period as per mutual consent.
10. The parties hereto agreed upon the term and conditions mentioned in this agreement and understood
