PRODUCT

Like much of all modern food innovation, this idea came from the culinary
geniuses at Animania. About a month ago, Animania announced their new "Fried
Noodles" an extraordinary crispy fried noodles filled with teriyaki sauce. Moreover,
you can choose variety of toppings as many as you would like.

Warm, crispy, golden-brown noodle meal is usually consumed in the morning.


However, this piece isn’t limited to just breakfast food. It can be eaten in every meal
if you’re creative enough, even snack. It’s powerful enough to turn your day around
and to cause feuds between friends. It's noodles! and you can literally eat it with
anything.
PRICE
Animania offers products that are new to the public. Taste our underrated but
overflowing snacks with appetizing flavors. Prices may vary, the following are our
estimated prices.

Competition Pricing Method, this method utilizes the prices of local


competition or in the general market as a baseline upon considering our prices. We
price our item lower than our competitor's. This is ideal as we operate a more casual
food stall that are budget friendly considering the demographic and for customers
looking for a cost-effective alternative.

Gross Profit (Labor Cost + Operating Costs) = Net Profit/Loss

Along with common pricing strategies, such as competition and demand-


driven pricing, Animania implemented ideal food costs and gross profit margins to set
the prices of menu items.

We can assure that you are paying not only for high-quality, tasty and healthy
food products but also for convinience, hassle-free services and affordability we offer.

Animania reflect the type of business and our target demographic. In this way,

PLACE
Animania Street Food are set to serve our delicious delicacies on our first stall
this 1st week of May 2023. After steaming and frying their way around the campus of
Burgos National Highschool, Animania Street Food is parking up their mini stall for
good in the heart of Town Plaza, M. Ruiz St. Poblacion, Burgos, Pangasinan.

A comfortable spot with a great ambience, neutral temperature under the shade
of Acacia tree. We thought of this as our business location to sell our delicates. A
perfect place to showcase our products efficiently, effectively and safely with many
possible opportunities. In demand place where we can reach our target customers and
the one that is affordable for our budget range.

PROMOTION
The marketing function at Animania is responsible for activities that help the
business churn demand and grow its sales. There is tough competition in the food
industry. There are several major competitors of Animania in the market that offer
similar products.

Animania understands the importance of marketing as a great tool for efficient


and effective function for the whole organization. Animania's fast growing
recognition is also a result of its balanced focus on marketing. Animania, despite
being a starting small business, is indeed competitive and undeniably outstanding.

PEOPLE
Chief Executive Officer: Cariño, Jerusha Faith G.
Honorable Ms. Cariño, is responsible for delegating and directing agendas,
driving profitability, managing company organizational structure, strategy,
communicating with the board and maintaining ethical business operations. Having
the ability to build a community, determined, disciplined and passionate, Ms. Cariño
finds joy in inspiring people with the goal of offering and providing customers with
entertainment and real value.

Executive Secretary: Ginez, Carl Irish P.


Performs clerical and administrative tasks including drafting letters, memos,
invoices, reports, and other documents for senior staff. Ms. Ginez arranges travel and
accommodations for executives. Schedules and attends meetings on behalf of
executives, taking notes and recording minutes.

Operations Manager: Ocampo, Ace Matthew A.


Mr. Ocampo is responsible for the employees working at Animania Food
Stall. As they play a critical role in ensuring higher customer satisfaction, these
employees are trained to provide customer friendly service.

Human Resources: Gamilo, Glaiza May B.


Srategically managing its HR, supervised by Ms.Gamilo has enabled the
Animania Food Stall to grow its competitive advantage in the market. From store
operations to other areas, our business has to ensure that our employees are
performing at their best. This ensures superior organizational performance and
customer experience.

Finance Manager: Odan, Ren Joshua R.


Mr. Odan's responsibilities include financial planning, investing, and
financing. Maximizing the value of the firm is the main goal of the financial manager,
whose decisions often have long-term effects.

Product Manager: Sambahon, Janelle Joy T.


It is important to focus on managing its supplier relationships so that the Food
Stall can ensure a continuous supply of good quality raw materials. Apart from food
and packaging, Animania in supervision of Ms. Sambahon also source equipment and
other inputs from number of independent suppliers.

Marketing and Sales Manager: Tabora, Marvin R.


Mr. Tabora focuses on growing brand awareness and driving customer
retention higher. Working on creating and running campaigns through digital
channels, Television, social media and many other creative ways Animania could
think of.

Research and Development: Albendo, Chezka E.


Ms. Albendo is responsible upon researching market and customer needs and
developing new and improved products and services to fit these needs.
Research and development managers determine, implement and monitor research and
development strategies and priorities to support their organization's commercial,
policy or research objectives. Leading major research projects and provide research
advice to their organization.

Animania's Organizational Culture:


Our culture promotes flexibility, opportunity, and development. These are
some essential tenets of a modern culture that strives to deliver the highest customer
satisfaction. They guide workplace behavior and key decisions throughout the
organization.
To ensure better performance and higher working efficiency, the Animania
Food stall deliver our very own strategic approach called Buddy system to drive
higher accountability and to ensure that the business can achieve superior growth. We
had a solution to function great in limited numbers of employees; where every
schedule, there are 2 crews working together along with others pairs doing a particular
assigned tasks that results to more focus and lessen the risk of time consuming,
complicated and unnecessary or irrelevant activities that slows down the occupational
process.

At Animania's, organizational culture is at the core of several things including


the everyday performance of the employees at the frontline. Customer satisfaction
depends on the performance of the employees working at the frontline inside the
stalls. It also depends on the teamwork between employees. The higher the level of
teamwork, the better the level of service, and the higher is the resulting customer
satisfaction. Animania trains its employees to provide the best quality customer
service and to work as a team. In reality, it translates into superior employee
performance and lower work stress. The company also trains its employees to
maintain a jolly environment inside stores so that customers can have a superior
dining experience. In this way, organizational culture has a significant impact on
customer experience at Animania stalls.

Another important area where the culture of an organization is a leading


influence is marketing. The customers’ perception of Animania does not depend only
on the quality of food it serves but also on the! environment and the level of service.

Animania's Organizational Functions:


Animania follows a functional organizational structure that allows the
company to run organizational operations efficiently.

A Flat organizational structure from top level management to finance, sales,


marketing, product, operational and research development as well as other authorities
and employees. The absence of middle managers places more authority, such as
decision-making functions, at the worker level. Having fewer levels of management
also simplifies internal communication and enables fast decision-making, and because
the layers of middle management are removed, power and responsibility are divided
evenly throughout the organization.

PROCEDURE IN MAKING TERIYAKI SAUCE

Chopping Board

1. Gather all ingredients.


2. Combine 2 cups of water, soy sauce, brown sugar, cornstarch and ginger, in a
saucepan over medium heat.
3. Cook until nearly heated through, about 2 minutes
4. Cook and stir sauce until thickened, 5 to 7 minutes.
5. Remove sauce from heat and allow time for cooling

PROCEDURE IN MAKING FRIED NOODLES

Knorr Seasoning Pan
Sesame Oil Casserole

1. Prepare the noodles.


2. Boil the noodles
3. Strain and drain the noodles
4. Pour 1 tbs of sesame oil into a pan, and heat on medium high.
5. Add drained noodles to pan and start stirring gently.
6. Continue for 3 to 5 minutes or until noodles begin to become slightly more
firm.
7. Add the chopped cabbage and carrots.
8. Stir in 1 to 2 tbsp Knorr seasoning.
9. Transfer to a container when it is fully cooked.
10. Add your own flavors, sauces and toppings.
