    Topic: Women Empowerment

    Women Empowerment means giving the value and taking their ideas into

    consideration. Women empowerment helps in securing the rights of women in

    India. When women are able to live in a safe and secure environment, they can

    participate effectively and contribute to our country in various sectors like

    Education, Health sector, Army, politics and corporate sector. This helps to

    overcome poverty, reduce inequalities and beneficial to support their families and

    children’s. Every women has the right to live in safety in her home and

    community. Earlier women’s involvement was very less, as the majority of the

    women’s from the rural areas are illiterate as most of them play a role in

    involvement of household work and taking care of children. But, now things have

    changed and involvement of women’s in all the sectors has been increased, and

    Government has taken many steps and schemes like “Beti Bacchao aur Beti Padao”

    which has a motive to reach education at their door steps in rural areas and also

    many actions are taken against acid attacks, rapes, degrading due to caste and

    lack of education related concerns. The voice and decision making qualities of the

    women’s has impacted the society and our society is also changing their point of

    view and accepting that gender equality is important, if men’s are given the value

    same women’s also needs to be given the value
