    DESCRIPTION: Various ideas and project proposals are showcased via poster presentation.
    INSTRUCTION:
     Team will be of maximum three members per poster.
     Time duration of 5-7 min for presentation a 3 min for questioning the group (Depend on
    Round).
     Poster should be in PPT format only one page and college name is hidden.
     Entry fees is not refundable
     Event will be carried out in offline mode.
     Decision of judges is final.
    REQUIREMENT:
     Poster presentation booths

     Stopwatch and Alarm
    CONVENTION WILL TAKE PLACE IN TWO ROUNDS:
    ROUND ONE:
     Every project proposals shall be presented in the form of posters.
     The time for Poster presentation 3 minutes followed by discussion of more than 2
    minutes. There shall not be disqualification of participants if the time exceeds.
     The five selected posters will be allowed for next round.
    ROUND TWO:
     Selected posters are allowed to present for this round.
     Each poster is allowed to present for maximum 7 min. A warning bell is given on 6th
    min. The participant has to finish the presentation in given time, if time exceeds the
    group will be disqualified. (15 sec grace period shall be allowed). 2 min discussion.

    GUIDELINES FOR POSTER:


     Poster shall be of 100 cm × 100 cm size printed on any suitable type of printing material.
     The contents of the project must be properly organized on poster with suitable subtitles,
    tables, charts, figures.
     Font size of the text must be legible from the distance of atleast 1m.
     He/ she are not not allowed to reveal his/ her identity as well as his/ her college identity
    on poster.
    ENTRY FEES: 150 per poster
    PRIZE: 1st : 3000 + Gold medal + Certificate
    2nd : 1500 +Silver medal + Certificate
    3rd : Bronze Medal + Certificate
