Since its inception in 2020, HPCoU has successfully hosted several on-campus
events, earning remarkable recognition for its exceptional performance. With its
dynamic structure, HPCoU provides participants with comprehensive guidance,
equipping them to thrive at every stage of the competition.
COMPETITOR ELIGIBILITY
Teams must consist of 2 to 4 members.
All participants must be current students of Comilla University.
REGISTRATION PROCESS
The registration for the Hult Prize at Comilla University (HPCoU) will follow a
two-fold process:
1. Online Registration: Participants can fill out the Google Form available through
social media platforms.
2. Physical Registration: Teams can register by filling out a form available at
designated points on campus.
Exciting News: There is zero registration fee for participating in this competition!

ROUNDS OF HPCOU
ON-CAMPUS COMPETITION 2025
SUBMISSION REQUIREMENTS:
Teams must submit a two-page document (maximum 800 words). The template will
be provided through your mail.
SOLUTION OVERVIEW
Summarize the proposed
solution.
SDG ALIGNMENT
Specify which SDG(s) the
idea addresses.
TARGET AUDIENCE/MARKET
Who benefits from the
solution?
IMPACT POTENTIAL
Expected outcomes and
benefits.
EVALUATION CRITERIA:
1. Relevance to Theme (20%): Alignment with the theme and SDG goals.
2. Innovativeness (30%): Novelty and uniqueness of the idea.
3. Feasibility (25%): Practicality and realistic execution of the idea.
4. Clarity and Conciseness (15%): Clear articulation of the problem and solution.
5. Impact Potential (10%): The potential positive outcomes for society.
CONDITIONS:
1. Only team submissions (2-4 members per team) are accepted.
2. Submission deadline must be strictly adhered to.
3. Plagiarism is strictly prohibited.
OUTCOME:
Top 25 teams will qualify for Round 2.
OBJECTIVE:
Assess the depth, scalability, and communication of the idea through slides and
virtual presentations.
SUBMISSION REQUIREMENTS:
Teams must prepare a 9-10 slide presentation (excluding title and thank you
slides).
SLIDE DECK SHOULD INCLUDE:
INTRODUCTION
Problem and solution overview.
BUSINESS MODEL
Describe the problem being Value
proposition, target market, revenue model.
IMPACT ASSESSMENT
Quantifiable outcomes aligned
with SDGs.
IMPLEMENTATION PLAN
Timeline and key milestones.
PRESENTATION FORMAT:
1. Each team will have 5 minutes to present.
2. Q&A Session: Judges will have 5 minutes for questions.
3. The presentation will be conducted via Google Meet/Zoom.
EVALUATION CRITERIA:
1. Content Quality (30%): Comprehensive and detailed information.
2. Presentation Skills (20%): Clarity, confidence, and engagement.
3. Feasibility and Scalability (25%): Realistic growth and execution potential.
4. Visual Aesthetics (15%): Slide design and layout.
5. Alignment with SDGs (10%): Focus and adherence to goals.
CONDITIONS:
1. Teams must adhere to the allotted time.
2. Technical disruptions will be managed within reason but teams must ensure
connectivity.
OUTCOME:
Top 10 teams will qualify for the final round.
OBJECTIVE:
Evaluate the overall impact, feasibility, and presentation of the idea in front of
judges and participants.
PRESENTATION REQUIREMENTS:
• Teams must prepare a detailed pitch (10-12 minutes) with supporting materials
such as:
Expanded Slide Deck: Can include additional details and visual aids.
Prototypes or Demonstrations (if applicable).
THE PITCH MUST COVER:

CONDITIONS:
• Teams must be present at the venue on time.
• All required materials must be submitted in advance.
OUTCOME:
The top 3 teams will be awarded, and the winning team will represent the university
in the next stage of the Hult Prize competition.
WORKSHOPS AND MENTORING SESSIONS
To prepare participants, HPCoU will organize workshops and mentoring sessions led
by industry experts to enhance their ideas and strategies.
1. Winner: Represent Comilla University in the next stage of the Hult Prize
competition.
2. Exclusive mentorship opportunities with industry experts.
3. Access to a network of global change-makers and potential funding
opportunities.
4. Certificates of recognition and surprise gifts for outstanding performances.
