BRIEF DESCRIPTION OF JOBS RESPONSIBILITIES:

 Inspection of necessary work permits prior to beginning of any activity at site.


 To assist the safety staff for Coordination of safety activities.
 Coordination with client safety personals regarding safety procedures in the job site.
 Inspection of safety sign boards and safety tapes to avoid accident.
 Monitor all workers to ensure all safety out fits, such as safety belt, safety shoes, safety
helmet, safety glass, eye goggles, ear plugs and masks.
 Inspection of workers and equipment on job site to ensure proper procedures as per
client standard and satisfaction.
 Making Daily reports regarding unsafe procedures in job site, and adopting strategies to
prevent and avoid unsafe procedures from reoccurrence.
 Support company safety environment and health policies and programs and provide
technical & professional proposals and advice to protect company property and
personnel.
 Daily, weekly, monthly, quarterly inspection and monitoring all activities and facilities.
 Review all procedures as per the operational/ project plan, maintain all HSE related
statistics reports, weekly reports & Lagging Indicators.
 Responsible to make regular site inspection to monitor sub-contractor’s compliance with
the safety program.
 Conducting HSE training and tool box talks.
 Reminding all Workers that the safety is the best policy and to target zero accident.
 Taking the disciplinary action against employee for carelessness.
 Checking and monitoring the Scaffolding tag system.
 Monthly inspection of moving equipment and fire extinguisher, ladder etc.
 Before leaving job site, make sure that all unfinished jobs such as open pit, overheads
and other must have safety precautions of sign board and safety tap to avoid accident.
 Coordinating with external agencies such as Royal Commission and Civil Defense
Authorities regarding their safety concerns.
 Examine plan and specifications of new machinery or equipment to determine if all
safety requirements have been included.
 Ensure the availability and quality of PPE.
 Petrol work site to detect unsafe condition and practices, i.e. related accidents, fire and
dangerous occurrences, safety equipment inspection etc.
 Providing proper access and barricade.
 Inspection off all electrical and mechanical equipment to insure its safety and working
condition.
 Conduct Safety Orientation Training for main & sub contractor’s whenever they have
new working personnel.
