A. Position Summary:
Incumbent will support the Investments team in developing & executing strategies to accomplish organization’s
investment objective.
B. Key Responsibilities:
Be involved in buy side equity research.
Equity research -Analyze stocks to assist portfolio managers in making more informed decisions.
Undertake sector research and identify trends
Responsible for providing insights through financial modelling, preparing investment thesis and
assisting the Investment teams in taking stock calls
Support in preparing daily market reports and monthly investment commentaries.

CFA preferable

A. Position Summary:
Incumbent will support in implementation of the product development process (introduction, development
and management of insurance products.
B. Key Responsibilities:
Identify new product opportunities across distribution channels and ideate product specifications
Develop and execute product development plans and gather cross-functional feedback and sign-offs
Responsible for providing regular MIS on product development status
Responsible for Product performance tracking in terms of geographies, numbers, individual product
contribution to new business income
Assist in competition analysis and benchmarking with peer group
Responsible for New Product Launch activities including creating content and training the field force
Liaison with operations team for identifying and gathering system and process requirements for new
products
Performing UAT of the product while ensuring policy administration system and other satellite systems
