STEP TWO: Look around the site…

Jump right in. There’s a lot here so take a few minutes and look around the PLF portal. Click
through the tabs and get familiar with how the program is structured.

Here are some helpful program and navigation tips:

Program Schedule: The best way to learn and apply this program is one section, or
Module, at a time.

When you first login, you’ll see you have access to PLF Core
Modules and each week a new Module will be released, giving
you enough time to fully absorb the previous lessons.

The full schedule is found on the Schedule tab:

(If you click on the tab for a Module that is not released yet,
you won’t actually be able to access the material. Instead,
you’ll see the following message.)

This message disappears when the content is released.

Media Downloads: You can download the videos (MP4 files) or just the audio
(MP3 files) for all lessons in the core program (PLF Core,
Modules 1-7) so you can view/listen offline if you prefer
(except for the PLC examples in the video walkthroughs).

Some of the bonus items have media downloads; some don’t.

If you don’t see download buttons for a bonus
lesson, it means there are no media downloads for
that lesson.

Document You can also download the transcripts for all lessons in the
Downloads core program (PLF Core, Modules 1-7) if you prefer to read
the lesson or follow along as you watch the videos (except for
the PLC examples in the video walkthroughs).

The Module “Transcripts” and Module “Cliff Notes” are

attached to the the Introduction Lesson for each
Module.

Most document downloads are PDF files so you’ll need a PDF

reader like Adobe or Foxit to open them once they’re on your
hard drive. You can also use Preview, which comes free on
Mac computers.

Some of the bonus items have document downloads; some

don’t. If you don’t see a resource or download section

STEP three: Plan your schedule

I’m excited you’re here – and I don’t want you to get sidetracked and sucked back into your
daily routine before you have a chance to get through the program and start to see results.
Here’s what I want you to do right now to set yourself up for success.

Clear time to attend the live Coaching Calls

•   Go to the “Coaching Call” tab and find the dates for the upcoming live coaching
calls. These calls give you some of the best ideas and strategies (and motivation)
and you won’t want to miss them. (Replays are made available - but there’s
nothing like being live on the phone with me and my PLF Coaching team.)

Set aside specific blocks of time for going through the training
•   Schedule time to go through the training videos. During that time… clear your desk,
turn off your phone, and remove any distractions. It’ll be much easier to focus and
absorb the material if you can make your study area as distraction-free as possible.

•   Here’s the release schedule for each Module. Some lessons have activities to
complete and I may throw in some unannounced bonus content so get ready! Just
remember - you don’t have to go through an entire Module in one day - break it up
into chunks so you can take your time and learn the information…

o   PLF Core: Available immediately

o   Module 1: Released at the end of Week 1
o   Module 2: Released at the end of Week 2
o   Module 3: Released at the end of Week 3
o   Module 4: Released at the end of Week 4
o   Module 5: Released at the end of Week 5
o   Module 6: Released at the end of Week 6
o   Module 7: Released at the end of Week 6

Print and use Launch Lesson Planner

•   Make sure to print the Launch Lesson Planner found in the PLF Roadmap lesson to
help track your progress through the course.

STEP FOUR: Participate in the PLF Community

In Product Launch Formula, community is absolutely key. Jumping in and taking part in the
community will drive you further, farther, faster. Getting involved, getting support, giving
support is the way you win. Here’s how to get started.

•   After each lesson, I want you to scroll down and leave a comment for me. If you
don't have any comment on anything covered the lesson, if you don't have any
questions, fine; just scroll down and say, "I'm here." I mean, you can do that every
single time, for every one of the videos. "I'm here, Jeff."

•   That's all I want to know. I want to know that you're here, and I want to get you in
the practice of participating in community because that will drive you further.

Join the PLF Alumni Facebook Group

•   Join the PLF Community – our private Facebook group where you’ll meet our
really amazing (and incredibly warm) community of PLF Owners.

•   Please don't be shy about this. Go there now and request to join so when the group
officially launches, you’ll be approved and part of the community. Here’s how:

1.   Go to: https://www.facebook.com/groups/plfalumni/
2.   Click the "Join Group" button found towards the top (right-side) of the page.
(Once you click "Join Group", the words on the button will be replaced with
the words "Cancel Your Request". When you see that, it means that your
request was sent - DO NOT cancel your request.) Since this is a closed group,
a member of my team will have to approve your membership and we'll do that
as quickly as possible, so please be patient. :-)
3.   Once you are approved, read the “Group Post Rules and Guidelines” found in
the pinned post on the wall. (This is important since violators will be
promptly removed from the group)
4.   Then get involved! Be sure to introduce yourself (who you are, your niche, how
you got started). Like and comment on your peer’s posts – provide feedback on
their launch plans and answer each others’ questions.

STEP Five: Document where you are now

Product Launch Formula has worked for thousands of students in every market and niche
you can imagine. It can work for you - this is an exciting day. Your life and your business
can change if you follow the formula.

Three years from now, when you look back on what your business and life was like before
you started Product Launch Formula, you’ll be really amazed at how far you’ve come.

STEP SIX: Dream Big!

There’s a saying, “If you don’t know where you’re going, any path will take you there”. This
activity is about visualizing where you want to be three years from now.

Think about it. Why did you buy Product Launch Formula? What do you hope it will do for
you and your business and your family and your impact?

Take some time and think about what you want your business and your life to be like three
years from now. Once you have that clear vision in your head, then write it down. It’s a
great exercise because the more you “see” what you want, the more determined you will be
to do the work that will get you there.

STEP Seven: Go for the Win!

I’m so excited to see you start on the program and I can’t wait to hear about your wins along
the way.

The Product Launch Formula can work for you, if you just follow the plan.

We even have an entire page inside the portal just for you to share your wins – it’s called the
Big Win Board and a few weeks into the program, you’ll be able to access it in the
top navigation menu.

Here’s where I want to encourage you to post your wins

and success stories, share progress and results, and
celebrate with your fellow entrepreneurs.

At first, your win might be completing all the lessons, or

identifying your avatar. Maybe it will be creating your
first opt-in offer or getting your first 100 email
subscribers. As you take more action, your big win might
be getting your first PLC created, or getting your first
order by doing a Seed Launch. As you advance further
along and repeat the formula, your win might be a 5-
figure or 6-figure launch.

Whatever your win, big or little - it’s a big deal and I

hope you’ll celebrate and share your success with the
PLF Community - then keep moving forward.
