Other comments:

The teacher did an excellent job of defeating her topic. She was able to continue

teaching her pupils despite having problems showing her PowerPoint presentation on

the subject. Furthermore, she radiates enough confidence to answer inquires after

hearing she deliver her lesson, providing details on the seminars she attended before

she learning the topic. Overall, the instructor was quite knowledgeable about the topic

she was teaching and was able to supply her students with all of the instruction they

needed.

Processing

A. Based on what you have observed in class, explain the importance of the different

kinds of knowledge.

1. Content knowledge

” Content knowledge” which is frequently taught explicitly in courses, is vital

because it affects how teacher comprehend the context goal, they want their students

to attain. It affects how they hear and react to questions from their student. It reduces

one’s ability to communicate clearly and pose insightful questions.

2. Pedagogical knowledge

I don’t want to profess, but I am tempted to say that for a subject to be taught

successfully, pedagogical knowledge is crucial. As well as knowing the assumptions

that students bring to the subject when they are fist learning about it, it may also include

deciding with subjects may be taught at what grade levels or to watch students.

3. Curricular knowledge

Curricular knowledge includes an understanding of various instructional

methods, teaching tactics, and learning objectives. Teachers regularly select relevant

resources from a wide range of instructional materials. It is vital that instructors

understand their alternatives teaching methodologies and the numerous curriculum or

course design possibilities.

B. What do you think were the strategies used by the teacher to enrich his or her

mastery of the subject matter?

The instructor used cooperative learning to encourage her pupils to participate in

both whole-group and small-group discussions. She also devised tasks based on her

students’ abilities in order to differentiate education for them. Finally, she included

technology so that her students could perform numerous tasks utilizing games and

activities. She also used an interactive strategy that allowed the teacher and students to

to engage in a Q and A session.

C. What do you think were the strategies used by the teacher to enrich his or her

pedagogical knowledge?

The employment of a constructivist method by the teacher aided her educational

knowledge. She believes that she is continuously her student life experiences in order

to help them connect her courses to their own experiences and past knowledge. She

frequently emphasizes how well behaved and engaged by students in class. They will
actively interact and participate in class rather than simply listening to what I say, and I

will only be a facilitate of learning in our classroom.

D. What do you think were the strategies used by the teacher to augment his or her

curricular knowledge?

She claims to use visualization, emphasizing the importance of the subject as

well as the resources and activities that well enhance her students experiences. She

gave the issue great thought so that she could deliver it in a nice, clear, and effective

manner.

Reflection

Complete the following:

1. I realized that

I came to understand that in order to convey the material successfully, we must

be skilled teachers who can make their lessons more effective, efficient, and

understandable.

2. I believed that

As future educators, I believe we should explore more techniques of teaching a

subject and learn more about how to apply the K-12 curriculum guide while

developing lesson plans. This will be really unique when we begin teaching.

3. I feel that
Since I do believe that failures give us hope, learning, and the ability to make

things right, which I can apply when im already in field of teaching, I believe that

when the time comes for us to teach secondary grades, there will be more

challenges that I will be more challenges that I will face and encounter. As a result, I

will start to accept failures from now on.

4. When I become a teacher, I will

When I become a teacher, I will be more adaptive in all aspects of teaching. I will

consider the learners prior knowledge while developing the lesson plan, and I will

make every effort to improve my skills as a learning facilitation.
