    AGREEMENT BETWEEN MESOBJOBS AND CLIENT/ COMPANY

    Whereas MesobJobs is a Recruiting Agency based in Kabalagala, Kings Tower, Kampala, Uganda
    and in this agreement is interchangeably called MesobJobs or The Agent and is represented by

    Both parties agree as follows

    Scope of services
    Based on the requirements of the company for the stated position, MesobJobs will identify the
    appropriate persons through either or any one of the combinations of means such as external
    advertisement, inhouse search from the existing database and or headhunting. After the inhouse
    assessment of the relevant skills and interviews, The Agent will send resumes of the shortlisted
    candidates to The Company for review.
    Based on The Company’s input, MesobJobs would arrange for interviews with company per-
    sonnel.

    To facilitate the above, The Client will,


    • For all positions, define and provide recruitment criterion for each job.
    • Designate an executive who would be a person of authority to facilitate day to day coor-
    dination.
    • Provide a day’s induction to the recruitment team designated to the account, to observe the
    interviews and understand the job process and requirements.
    • Allocate a day or two of the weeks, to detailed feedback on the candidates forwarded by
    the department within that week.
    • Inform The Agent of any duplication of any candidates within two days of the receipt
    of the candidature
    • Treat all the information regarding technology, tests, and processes etc. in strictest confi-
    dence

    Fees and Payment


    Upon selection of the candidate The Client will pay MesobJobs for the services rendered 30%
    of the anticipated gross salary of the employee salary. This is a one-off payment.

    Terms and Conditions


    • All requisitions and requests and other work-related communication from The Company
    will be in writing,
    • In case any employee recruited leaves within 3 months of having been recruited, Mesob-
    Jobs shall recruit a new employee fill the vacancy and for the same and shall incur the cost
    of such recruitment.
    • In another case that the company is not satisfied with the applicant by the end of 3
    months or the company’s probation period, MesobJobs shall recruit a new employee once
    to fill the vacancy and for the same and shall incur the cost of such recruitment.
    • Both MesobJobs and The Company shall always keep the Information provided by each
    other in complete confidence.

    Termination
    Both parties can terminate for convenience the Agreement at any time for any reason upon a writ-
    ten notice of a month to the other party.
