    1) The Biga Elementary School in Silang, Cavite launched Project Kalinga to ensure all school-aged children in the community can attend school and are accommodated. 2) The project aims to decrease dropout rates through activities like child mapping, counseling, and awareness campaigns on child protection. 3) Additional objectives are to increase participation rates, decrease school leaving, improve child nutrition, and enhance school performance through feeding programs and stakeholders voluntarily assisting students. 4) The project is expected to accommodate 100% of school-aged children, decrease dropout and bullying rates to 0%, and improve nutrition and academic performance for students.
