    Duties and Responsibilities:


    1. Conduct annual hazard mapping around the school premises to provide a safe learning
    environment.
    2. Provide capacity building activities for teachers, non-teaching personnel and learners on
    DRRM and conducts hazard drills such as earthquake drill, fire drill, etc.
    3. Post safety preparedness measures, evacuation plan, and contact numbers of SDRRMC
    members, and hotlines in case of emergencies.
    4. Ensure the implementation of DO no. 43, s. 2012 (Guidelines on suspension of classes
    and work in government offices due to disturbances and calamities)
    5. Prepares and submits RADaR (Rapid Assessment of Damage Report) to higher office.
    6. Provide recovery and rehabilitation interventions to learners and staff needed.

    pupils, and other stakeholders
    4. Resolves issues and concerns involving children’s safety.
