    Good afternoon, how are you??”

    Ques: I am good, how are you?


    Ans: Sir I am fine thank you.

    Ques: Good so you are from Delhi?


    Ans: Yes sir I am from Delhi.

    Ques: Okay tell me something about your-self or introduce yourself.


    Ans: Sir my full name is Sachin. I am from Rohtak, I have completed my schooling (10th & 12th
    from.(SVM inter college) and after that I did my graduation from. .College (MIT Moradabad)
    affiliated to (UPTU)University.

    In my family there are 4 members my father, mother my younger brother and myself.
    My father is a ………………, my mom is a home maker, and my younger brother is studying in school.

    Ques: Tell me something about your Hobbies?

    My hobbies are Dancing, Listening Music, playing cricket

    Ques Tell me something about your first college experience?


    My College was very good with good learning and way of teaching. Its area is very big and
    has a very comfortable cafeteria also. We are having various activities all through the year. So I
    like my college very much. Teachers are very good.

    Ques: Tell me an incident where you took an initiative for anything


    Ans Yes in our college there was an activity declared for educating girls at villages nearby. So
    I took the initiative and lead the team so that the activity can be done in a good way.

    Ques: tell me the most memorable moment of your life


    Ans : Apna koi yaadgaar moment
    Ques: okay tell me are you aware that you will have to do sales or what if we send you for
    door
    To door selling? (Sales)
    Ans: Sir, sales is an important element in a bank job. Sales generate income for branch so it is
    very important. Even a branch manager has sales target so if I have to do sales I will be
    comfortable and I have no problem with sales.

    Ques : okay tell me are you ready to go anywhere in India ? What if we send you to
    Chennai or
    Kerala or some other far away location. ( RELOCATION )
    Ans: Sir as I already told you I like to travel to new places so if bank sends me to a new location
    far away It will be a good opportunity for me to meet new people and learn a new culture. I will be
    comfortable to go anywhere in India.

    Ques Tell me some difference between Debit and a credit card / savings and current
    account ?
    Ans : sir debit card is the form of plastic money or an instrument through which we can withdraw
    money from our savings account and shop from our account. but unlike the debit card credit card
    is a kind of plastic loan that a banks gives us.
    we can shop and spend money from the credit card even when we do not have money in our
    bank account.

    Ques : tell me a situation in your life where you faced many difficulties at a same time but
    you
    managed and came out with flying colours ?

    Ans : Sir I was in my 10th standard and i was about to appear for my board exams but all of a
    sudden my father got sick and my mother was also hospitalised.
    I had to study for my exam and i had to take care of both of them. i some how managed without
    the help of anyone and i used to visit my mother at hospital and i used to cook for my father at
    home and after all the work i used to study and i managed to score good in the exams.

    Ques : tell me something about your last vacation or holidays where did you go to ?
    Ans: Sir, my last vacation was with my friends. I went i manali with my friends. it was an awesome
    trip and an excellent experience. we went there during last winters and it was snowing there.
    for the first time in my life i saw snowfall. i got to spend time with my friends and i realized that
    after returing from the trip i have developed a stronger bonding with my friends. I am never going
    to forget this experience that i had.

    Ques : Describe any recent act of kindness that you have experienced in your life.
    Ans : Sir recently I went to an old age home which is run by help age india group in Amritsar. I
    carried some fruits and eatbles for the elders. since I miss my Grandparents I go to this old age
    home. when they see me they are very happy and I talk to them for hours. this brings smile on
    there faces and I am happy when they smile.

    Ques : What do youknow about bank timings ? what if you are asked to extend bank
    timings ?
    Ams : Yes sir I have no problem in streaching my shift. usually bank operates from 9:30 am to
    6:30 pm.

    Ques : why do you want to join banking job?


    Ans : Sir banking sector is an expanding sector currently. there is still a large part of the population
    that is untouched with the concepts of banking so in the coming time I think banking has a huge
    potential.
    I feel that if I start my carrer in the banking sector early i will be sitting on a good position in the
    coming future. I see myself in the managerial position in a reputed bank i a few years.

    Ques : if you are posted in a village location where the comforts of city are not there how
    will
    you manage?
    Ans : sir I am also from a small village so i will not have any problem adjusting in a village posting.
    infact I will be happy to go there.

    Ques: What will you do if your bank will tell you to complete 4 savings account target for
    the month.
    Ans: I will contact my customers and ask them some offer for their family and friends if they open
    a savings account in our bank and also will be different from other bank.

    Ques: how will you manage a meeting with a customer who has kept his/her phone in
    anger?
    Ans: As the customer is already irritated so I will again call him/her the next day to know his
    temperament and accordingly I will speak to him and convince him/her for the next meeting.

    Do you have friends…..What do they think about you?


    I am very helpful, caring, cheerful

    How will you meet your target if your target is 2 and you have 25 walk in Daily
    I will first talk to the walk in customers and tell them about the savings account features…..for
    e.g. interest rate additional offers, benefits etc.
    Else I will go about my contact circle

    Can you explain an example of meeting a stranger?


    Yes. I have met a stranger on the first day of my college who is a professor. She guided me to
    the college area and helped me a lot now she is my favorite professor.

    Which goal you have not achieved?


    I want to become a branch manager due to which I did my graduation in banking and insurance.
    So still it is not complete but now I think it will.

    Suppose there are only 2 buses available from your home to office. 1 st one makes you
    reach 45 minutes earlier and 2 nd one reaches 15 min late which bus will you take.

    I will take the first bus as it will be before time not after time.

    There are 5 members in your team 4 members are able to achieve target but 1 couldnot
    what will you do
    As a leader I will go and try to know the reason and then work upon it by keeping the candidate
    motivated.

    On one fine Sunday your branch manager keeps a promotional event but on the same
    day you have family commitments. How will you manage

    I will tell my parents job is important for me so the commitment can be done later
