RESOLUTION NO.

10-30-22

A RESOLUTION FOR THE PROPER WEARING OF UNIFORMS AND ACCESSORIES


OF STUDENTS UNDER COLLEGE OF MANAGEMENT AND ACCOUNTANCY WITHIN
PHINMA UNIVERSITY OF PANGASINAN.

Whereas, The appropriate wearing of uniforms and accessories on campus will be


implemented by the College of Management and Accountancy Student Council.

Whereas, the College of Management and Accountancy Student Council


believes that by implementing this policy, students will comply and follow the guidelines for
wearing appropriate accessories.

Whereas, Students must wear the standard uniform on their Face-to-Face classes.

Whereas, 2nd Year Students must wear any Business Attire for the first day of their
schedule. And 3rd Year to 4th year must wear their Corporate Uniform for the first day of their
schedule.

Whereas, For the second day of their classes, Students must wear RSO Uniforms, Slacks
or Pencil Skirt and Black Shoes.

Whereas, Male students are not permitted to wear earrings. Female students, on the other
hand, are only permitted to wear one pair of earrings.

Whereas, students who will not comply will be called for the confiscation of their
earrings.

Whereas, The sanction for not wearing the proper uniform and accessories will be,
students will be considered absent in her/his class. The Student’s ID will be confiscated and will
be only retrieved after the student submit an explanation letter signed by parents or guardian.

Whereas, the objective is to educate students to accessorize more casually when entering
the school campus by mandating them to wear uniform accessories.

Whereas, we are humbly asking your good heart to allow us to implement and approved
this resolution.

NOW, BE IT RESOLVED, on the meeting proper the CMASC Governor


propose this matter and the agenda was approved by the whole member of
its council. (09.01.22)

RESOLVED FURTHER, that this resolution be conveyed to the


College of Management and Accountancy Student Council.
