My name is Rounia Kesani (Mrs. Spoko) currently working as a girls' boarding supervisor.
I'm writing to apply for the position of High level teacher assistant, and I have a variety of
teaching experiences. I have a teaching credential as well as a degree in English language and
linguistics. After meeting the prerequisites for a teacher, the Malawian government granted
me the right to teach any place. Another reason I'm interested is that I've been seeking for a
part that will give my acting career greater attention.
I have excellent communication skills that enable me to motivate students to realize their
potential academically as well as personally, e.g. working in the boarding enables me to
motivate students to become confident in themselves so that they raise the spirit of self-
esteem.
I have interpersonal skills that enable me to work in a team, in turn, I use synergy to enable
me to meet deadlines. I don’t run out of ideas when it comes to teaching because I use my
initiative. I see myself as eligible to be a high level teacher assistant because of that and the
following facts that I will continue to elaborate on.
I have empathy, which means that by means of my interactions with the students, I can
comprehend their delight, happiness, sadness, grief, and loss. I get along with kids and am
trustworthy, honest, and a good listener. Additionally, I am a strong organizer who is eager to
pick up new skills and advance in the position.
Prior to coming to St. Andrews, I taught grades 3, 4, 7, and 9 at Good Shepherd International
School. Through the use of inclusive education, children with and without impairments were
able to learn together. I can work as a key worker for kids with EAL needs, SEND, and other
learning obstacles thanks to my expertise teaching small groups of challenging pupils. When
an absent teacher sets cover work I can continue covering the lessons, I do so occasionally.
Along with having extensive experience teaching in inclusive settings, I am also a trained
invigilator who can help with SEND students' access to accommodations during exams and
tests, as well as scribbling during exams, mock exams, and other assessments.
I would welcome the opportunity to further discuss this position with you. If you have
