The size will deviate if you use different yarn or hook and it also depends on how tight you crochet.
Farfalle:
1. row: leave an about 50 cm long thread before beginning, crochet 9 chain stitches and 8 double crochets
on it
13. row: 8 picots, for each picot crochet 3 chain stitches and a slip stitch in the following stitch of row 12
