    WAIVER OF RIGHTS, CLAIMS AND INTEREST


    OVER A PARCEL OF LAND

    KNOW ALL MEN BY THESE PRESENTS:

    I, EDWIN REYES JOAQUIN of legal age, married, Filipino and currently residing 59 Tiaong,
    Guiguinto, Bulacan hereby voluntarily and unconditionally waive, renounce and relinquish my rights,
    claims and interest on my right of way over Original Certificate of Title Nos. P-11497, P-11488 and P-
    2650 and located in Brgy. Pulong Gubat, Guiguinto, Bulacan in favor of ROCHELLE RIVERA
    GERONIMO of legal age, Filipino, single and currently residing at Lot 10 Blk. 38, Lamirada
    Subdivision, Plaridel, Bulacan.

    I am the sole and surviving heir of Macario E. Joaquin, who is the registered owner of the
    abovementioned parcels of land.

    That I am willing to waive, give, donate .5 square meters from OCT Nos. P-11497, P-11488 and
    P-2650 as additional right of way on the parcels of land covered by TD/ARP No. 2018-09008-00099
    and TD/ARP No. 2018-09008-0078 for and in favor of ROCHELLE RIVERA GERONIMO and to
    all other persons who has existing right of way over the parcels of land covered by TD/ARP No.
    2018-09008-00099 and TD/ARP No. 2018-09008-0078.

    By virtue of this Waiver of Rights, Claims and Interests I hereby GIVE, WAIVE AND GRANT
    all my rights, claims and interest over my right of way in the abovementioned parcels of land and
    donate .5 square meters from OCT Nos. P-11497, P-11488 and P-2650 as additional right of way on the
    parcels of land covered by TD/ARP No. 2018-09008-00099 and TD/ARP No. 2018-09008-0078 for
    and in favor of ROCHELLE RIVERA GERONIMO, her assigns and heirs.

    That I warrant the valid, genuine and voluntary execution of this document.
