Draw-works, mud pumps.

electric motor bearings.

• Thermography Inspection- Thermal imaging and fault-finding works are being done on the main switchboard and
switchgear.
• To assist the class societies (DNV, ABS, BV, GL, Surveyors) in testing and commissioning the Main switchboard
and
electrical equipment as per rules and regulations.
• Manage installation, maintenance, troubleshooting, overhaul & repair of electrical and telecom equipment for Marine
Industry ACBs, Alarm Systems, Engine Control Systems, Generator Controls, and Switchboard protection
systems, calibration, PLC, circuit breakers, AVR, UPS, controllers, and valves.
• Hands-on Experience in the Installation and Commissioning of various Electrical systems.
• Capable of troubleshooting the system with the help and without the help of Electrical drawings.
• Diesel engine and alternator Control system troubleshooting, installation, and commissioning.
• Troubleshooting of Generator PMS, Synchronization, and load-sharing systems.
• Troubleshooting and modification of different types of hydroelectric cranes, winches, and other types of electro-
hydraulic
marine control systems.
• Electrically Maintenance. Repairing Parts of. Breakdown Systems, Troubleshooting & Fault-finding tracing
and correction of all electrical Issues Offshore & Onshore.
Maintenance
• Isolate and energize Low Voltage LV and High Voltage HV motors, UPS, transformers, generators and
Other electrical circuits as per the Company’s enabling certificate authorization, which includes carrying
out
the skilled electrical fault finding, diagnosis, and troubleshooting of high and low-voltage equipment.
• Accept and complete the Electrical isolation confirmation certificate to ensure the completion of
activities.
• Identify and obtain spare parts and the necessary tools to meet maintenance requirements.
• Carry out routine, predictive, and preventive maintenance checks on electrical equipment which
includes visual inspection, to ensure that the equipment is in the most efficient operating condition.
• Carry out new installations, modification, and testing of equipment through various stages as per plan
and in line with supervisor’s instructions and check adherence to all parameters
• Identify areas for improvement in the activities performed and assist the senior section personnel to
carry out modifications and improvements to the system.
• Verify completed maintenance activities and complete the maintenance activity sheet/survey to
ensure that the job is performed as per requirement.
• Complete necessary records in the system to provide work order failure history reporting. Provide
input for the preparation of Method statements and Initiate Near miss reports
• Update and maintain drawings, records, and other documents related to the electrical for continuous
availability.
