1. Project
Replacement of Electrical Equipments @ GOSP (Gas and Oil Separation Plant)
PROJECT OBJECTIVE The objective of the project is to replace the ageing obsolete 4.16 KV switchgears and MCCs, 480 V MCCs in switchgear vans and the 115KV systems in the transformer yard equipped with obsolete switchers and power transformers at 5 southern area GOSP crude handling facilities with The 115KV, 4.16KV and 480V systems are secondary selective or double ended system. This power automation system replaced with advanced RTU and OSAS (Open substation automation system). The all power and automation system fully equipped with IED and SST devices. Crude handling facilities can control by ESD and DCS, PLC systems. DUTIES AND RESPONSIBILITIES:
Installation of 115KV double ended transformer yard systems. It consist of
108KV Surge arresters , 108KV Capacitive voltage transformers with PQ sensor, 115KV, 1200A SF6 circuit breakers, 115KV disconnect switches(double break centre rotation).
Erection, installation of 26MVA, 115/4.16KV with AOLTC transformers, 2.6
MVA 4.16KV /480V Transformers. Transformers are Self cooled (OA) and first stage force cooled (FA).
Erection, installation of 4.16KV Secondary selective switchgear with 3500A,
1200A VCBs and 4.16KV MCCs (SCHNEIDER SQUARE D) with 400A vacuum contactors.
Installation of 480V Secondary selective switchgear with 300A, 1600A
ACBs with SST and 480V MCCs systems. Material receiving, installation of 5KV, 480V cables and multi core, pair cables.
Familiar with protection systems for Buses, transformers, SF6 breakers,
feeders with advanced IED and SST
relay systems such as (SEL 387E,
487B, 2411, 751A, 710 and Magnum MDS 832).

Implementation of RTU and OSAS system for protection and control
systems for SF6 breakers, Incomers and General substation alarms and process area feeders are controlled by DCS and PLC system. All the loads of the Desalting Facilities are transferred from old Substation to New substation such as 3000HP, 4.16kv motors, 480V loads (Pumps, MOVs, Transformers, CP Rectifier, Distribution and lighting panels, Flood lightings.
Familiar with Termination of 400mm2, 240mm2, 180mm2, 35mm2 cables
and all size of LV cables and Multi core cables MV.

Installation of Substation grounding grid Using Exothermic Welding, All
equipments grounding and Bonding, System grounding (Solid Grounding, Low Resistance Grounding (2.4KV, 10 Sec).
Also familiar with Battery Banks, Battery Charger, HVAC, FACP systems.
2.PROJECT : UPGRADE SEWAGE TREATMENT PLANT WASTE WATER (RABIGH) PROJECT OBJECTIVE The objective of the project is to upgrading community sanitary wastewater treatment facilities by installing the new membrane bioreactor (MBR), pumps and associate equipments ATS, MOVP. These processes are controlled by PAC system (GE Fanuc). DUTIES AND RESPONSIBILIIES: Erection, installation of 750kVA, 4.16KV/380V transformer. 380V with 380V Double ended switchgears and MCC, EMCC,
switchgear with 1600A, 800A ACBs and 380V, 800A, 600A MCCs.
Erection, installation of 380V, 400A ATS For EMCC. Cable laying and termination for Pumps, MOVs, Distribution and lighting
panels, Flood lightings.

Familiar with termination of 240mm, 180mm,120mm,35mm, 25mm,
16mm,10mm cables and all size of LV cables and Multi core cables.
Installation All equipments grounding and Bonding, System grounding
(Solid Grounding).
Installation of RGS, EMT, PVC conduits and Electrical Duct Banks.
