II. ORGANIZATION PRINCIPLES
Stemming from the characteristics, tasks and functions of the company, it is
necessary to have an appropriate management and production apparatus for production
and business activities to be highly effective. To achieve that effect, we must base on the
following principles:
• Have a unified strategic goal
• Have a clear accountability regime
• Ensure increased efficiency in the business process

• The General Manager has the role of appointing, dismissing and dismissing
managerial positions in the company; decide on salaries and allowances for
employees in the company, including managers under the appointment authority
of the director.
• Manager decides all day-to-day activities of the company on behalf of the
company to sign and transact with economic units; organize the implementation
and plan of the company's business and investment plans; propose a plan to

arrange the organizational structure and internal management regulations of the
company.
• Vice Director helps the Manager in the field of production and business and can
also act on behalf of the Executive Director when authorized; take full
responsibility before the state and the labor collective for production and business
results.
• Accounting Department is responsible for:
- Storing and preserving accounting documents, keeping accounting data
confidential.
- Recording revenue and expenditure, profit and loss, debt to promptly report
to the director for handling.
- Preparing financial statements to analyze the production and business
activities of the enterprise, providing complete and accurate information to
the director.
• Administration Department is responsible for:
- Coordination of labor management and labor norms.
- Arranging personnel for the company's department and its affiliated units.
- Handling and monitoring labor contracts and training skills for company
employees
- Implementing labor requirements in the factory, timekeeping, recommend
disciplinary rewards, calculate wages, as well as monitor the activities of
employees in the company.
• Business - QA Department:
- Perform contract signing, secure documents, directly distribute private
goods and exchange business products.
- Sign economic contracts and economic cooperation with provinces and
other economic sectors.
- Organize product introduction.
- Develop and propose pricing methods for each type of product.

- Directly carry out import and export contracts, carry out import and export
procedures, and trade with foreigners.
- Conduct market research regularly, define market scope for existing
products, anticipate product needs and plan for the future.
- Control, develop regulations, check product quality for the factory.
- Check the quality of raw materials during purchase or storage.
- Participate in researching new products, evaluating product quality and
trademarks with competent state agencies.
- Issue certificates of quality and finished products before warehousing.
- Monitor, analyze, evaluate or export the company's product quality to the
director or product quality inspector.
• Production Management Department is responsible for:
- Managing and urging production teams.
- Ordering production for each team, check all product specifications.
- Monitoring the progress of each team, monitor the personnel situation of
each team; taking responsibility before the Factory Director for the most
effective management, use of labor, machinery and equipment.
- Receiving production orders and technical documents, making production
orders for each group, implementing production plans, ensuring technical,
product quality, productivity before Factory Director.
• Technique Department:
- Product quantity norm, provide a technological process to manage the
entire norm of raw materials, auxiliary materials, time and unit price of
each stage.
- Design samples and review samples with customers.
- Develop all technical documents for each product code.
- When raw materials are imported, there will be a technician responsible for
designing, making samples, checking and processing samples before
putting them into mass production.

• Warehouse: is responsible for managing warehouses, exporting or importing raw
materials, and always inventions of inventory inside and outside the system.

It comes to the factory will be big enough for small workshop. All products of the
company are made from raw materials imported from manufacturers prestigious plastic
beads in the world such as PTT Global Chemical, Lotte Chemical, Pastel Colors…

2.2. Technologies
• Cheso plastic mixer: paddle mixer, capacity 3kW, mixing volume 150kg/batch.

Step 2: Blow compressed air into the mold to press the plastic resin onto the
inner surface of the mold to form the desired shape. Depending on the type
of material to be processed, there are blowing methods or extrusion
methods.
