INTRODUCTION
The Indian power sector is one of the most diversified in the world. Compared
to many developing countries where crude oil, natural gas and renewables
play a major role. The demand for electricity in the country has been growing
at a rapid rate and is expected to grow further in the years to come, because
of insufficient fuel supply, power generation and transmission capacity the
country has problems of electricity storage.

Marketing is the processes for creating, communicating,

team tries to maximise the sales while meeting the customers
requirement to their all round satisfaction.

SALES DEPARTMENT
The basic objective of the any organization is to achieve profit through it
sales. In the company the sales department works together with the goal of
marketing the products manufactured by the company .The results of sales
department also depends on the efforts put by the other departments such
as research ,finance, marketing etc.
This department is headed by a sales manager and maintains a wide area of
distribution.

• To receive and analyze the customer feedback and complaints.

PRODUCTION DEPARTMENT
The process and methods employed to transform tangible inputs(raw
materials,semi finished goods or subassemblies) and tangible inputs (ideas,
information, knowledge) into goods or services.
The company takes its raw materials as inputs and converts inputs
into finished goods in its own procedure. Here the company holds the stock
as much as required for that particular period of time. Always minimum
inventory is maintained in the stored department. To maintain the stock
company uses minimum level , re-order level, and maximum level.

PURCHASE DEPARTMENT
Raw Materials are purchased either on credit basis or against letter of credit.
The company also provides overdraft facility , letter of credit with the bankers.
The purchase department is headed by the purchase manager , who takes
decision regarding purchasing of the required qualitative &quantitative raw
materials, all purchase are made by company or all requirements needed by the
company ,the decision regarding it will be decided by the purchase manager.

STORES DEPARTMENT
The store section is the important section of the administrative department. All
the types of materials are kept in this section which is required for the factory
smooth Running Day and Night Shift. Store keeper maintains this section. The
main work of the section is to providing the materials to the required department.
It is one where all necessary daily required materials are stored and issued against
requisition slip by concerned department chief.
The company also maintains Bicard MRV(Material receipt
Voucher)and maintain the records of every products which are coming in and
going out of the department.

Raw Materials in Power Build Batteries are purchased on cash payment or
