Subject: Request for CEO Approval of Tasks and Research Components
Presented in Research Proposal
Dear Sir,
In order to provide you Better Idea for Research Strategy with the components to do so,
we have developed a research application that brings together all your essential
research needs and requirements. Projects reflect research objectives. Ideas and
assumptions are employed throughout research and research strategies
and methodologies. The proposal also includes suitability of the
information, ethical suitability and target groups for the study. Information on sources
and tools of data collection, data reliability, data integrity, and sample size were
considered. So, I would like you to read the research proposal carefully in order to
generate a discernment about the importance of this research. Also, hold a meeting
in your office so that we can discuss clearly the need, importance and potential
implications of this research.
Thank you.
Meeting with the CEO
The survey is based on the development of an organization's work culture
and employee performance. Therefore, a research strategy on research methods and
data collection tools was developed. Researchers need secure networks and underlying
technology to collect data and information. The researcher suggested conducting the
research using his private, highly secure network so that the organization's data and
information would not be leaked outside. The organization's employees
and some managers should also participate in this survey. Collected data is analyzed
using various data analysis tools. So there are many things to consider. The
company must acquire technical feasibility and leadership and management potential.

Revised Research Proposal

Research Proposal discussed the needs and requirements of this research for industry.
Future benefits of this study from an organizational point of view were also discussed in
the research proposal. The assumptions employed by researchers were also provided
in the project. Research also maintains company policies and procedures that
apply to research. Standardized ethical boundaries are supported
by researchers to whom proposals are directed. Research proposals also include
important factors such as cultural, social, geographic and financial factors for research
(Boyack, Smith & Klavans, 2018). Surveys are conducted based on
responses from potential international students and RTO staff

Conducting the Survey
Data and information were collected from the company's official website and
surveys. The company's background and business environment are excerpted from the
company's website. Employee information and recent achievements
were tracked through the website. From this information, researchers can gain ideas
and insights into the current workplace culture and employee efficiency within the
organization. They also conducted a survey of the company's employees
and managers. Two sets of questionnaires containing open and closed questions were
selected. The researchers also conducted interviews with company management to
obtain more information about the company's availability and potential to conduct this
study. Researchers wanted to examine the relationship between employees and their
managers.

Documenting Research Findings

Initially, research promised productive results and useful goals for companies. After
being approved by the company's
CEO, researchers performed their duties as described in the research
proposal. Researchers employ different types of data collection tools and techniques to
gather different information about companies and their business environment (Petesch
& Bullock, 2018). After analyzing data and knowledge using strategic analysis tools,
researchers are getting promising results. Responses from staff to survey
questions formulated by researchers were very productive. They help
researchers understand their relationship with the management team. Employees were
also a reaction to the pressure they faced due to excessive workload and potential lack
of business coordination.
Researchers found that employee dissatisfaction and lack of management
team leadership were likely root
causes of employee dissatisfaction. Employees seemed very responsive when discussi
ng organizational productivity and profitability. The researchers also provided them
with an opportunity to suggest ways to improve employee performance within the
organization. Employees give mixed responses here, but appreciate the means of
developing a dynamic workplace within their organization. From interviews
with company managers, researchers developed areas that need to be specifically
addressed to improve employee performance within organizations. Researchers
focused on the organization's human resource management and measured its potential
to drive an organization's work culture. A detailed analysis of the data and information
about his HR version 10.0 practice within the organization indicates that the HR
department's management team has been failing to recruit potential
employees within the organization over the past few months. Judged. This may be the
reason for the lack of workforce potential. The HR team also failed to recognize
the specific need for training and development programs for
the organization's employees that could integrate the importance of teamwork and
collaboration among employees to improve performance. Researchers suggested
developing communication and cultural diversity with superior leadership
skills in management to achieve company goals and objectives in a dynamic workplace.

Subject: Requesting a meeting to discuss research proposals

Dear Sir
I was right. Productive and important results are obtained from information collected and
analyzed by researchers. There is no doubt that research findings can be used as an
opportunity to plan for the future and maintain
sustainable growth. The primary focus was improving employee performance. For this
reason, improvements in operations and practices have been suggested to the Human
Resources team. A meeting with the organization's management team is required to
discuss issues and solutions found during the investigation. Please allow me to arrange
a meeting with the company's management in the company's conference room during
official hours over the next five days. Problems should be resolved as soon as possible.
Please approve my request and allow me to have a meeting with the management
team.
Thank you
