ACKNOWLEDGEMENT

With gratitude , all praises go to him , the creator of all . After all obstacles and hardships that
obstruct our path , finally we reach our goal with satisfaction , now we are already finished our hotel
immersion. Hereby, without doubt we would like to say that , during the hotel immersion , ample of
knowledge and experiences have been obtained. Thank you to our Almighty God because of his divine
which has enabled us to finish our immersion.

We would like to say thank you to our College of Business Management Program Head , Mr.
Ronaldo T. Oñate z Ph. D. who believed and fulfill Quality Education for the students , I admire and
salute you as out benefactor . We really appreciate your support and sincerity to pursue and to have an
immersion though it is conducted on our school campus but it’s pleasure for us to be the first student
who had the immersion there.

My sincerest gratitude to our considerate, loving and respected adviser Ma’am Renette ann
Besario who is very supportive and genuine to us.

To our hardworking instructors Ma’am Annarose M. Balidio who is very genuine to us , so that
we’ll learn. Also to Sir Aladin Flores Jr. and Sir Joel Egonio for their guidance, patience and willingness
to help us , to learn.

To my husband who have supported me from the beginning . I am very lucky , happy and thankful
to have you .

LEARNING EXPERIENCE

During our immersion at the Mini-hotel in Central Philippine State University Campus in San Carlos
City . I have gathered some learnings in terms of food and beverage , housekeeping and barbar

Food and beverage is conducting on the kitchen which Sir Joel had a discussion and demonstration .
It is the time that 8 have gathered some learnings like the proper holding and serving the wine and also
how to communicate and assist the customer . I have known also the uses of some equipments and
utensils their.

Housekeeping is conducted at the Mini-hotel room , which is Ma’am Annarose was 5ue in charged
their to perform her task .Which I gathered some ideas and learnings about the proper procedure of
cleaning and how to put and organize the bed. Also , 8 have learned about the different types of linens,
how to make swan and when should I go inside the room and clean.

At bar , Sir Aladin is the in charge lecturer their . I have learned some of the bar utensils , equipment
and the different kinds of wine. I’ve knew what’s the difference between baresta and bartender , and
cocktail and mock tail . Also I’ve tasted some different wine and at the end of our immersion Sir Aladin
and Sir Joel make two (2) type of cocktail wine for us.
