PRE TEST Good morning everyone!

Good morning, everyone! I hope you are all excited and ready for
today’s activity but before we begin, you will take a quick pre-test to
assess your prior knowledge about Early Literacy. You’ll have 30mins
to complete the test, and we will start the Opening Program right after.

welcome to the Division of Davao City Rollout of Instructional
Leadership Training: Strengthening Learning Conditions for
Early Literacy BATCH 2, This training is dedicated to enhancing
the skills and knowledge of instructional leaders.

My name is Cherryl B. Tagra and I am honored to serve as your host


for today.

Join me as we embark on this journey together, with open minds and


hearts, ready to learn, collaborate, and ultimately, make a difference in
the lives of those we serve.

BREAK As we conclude the opening program, let's carry the energy and
inspiration from this moment forward as we dive into the rest of our
seminar. Thank you for your attention and participation.
As we set out on this journey, we hope that the seminar will offer all
attendees a plethora of insights, enable fruitful interactions, and inspire
fresh perspectives about the topic at hand.

We will now take a short break. Please feel free to stretch your legs,
grab a refreshment, and recharge. We will reconvene shortly.
Module 1 We are expecting that you will hold such interest and attention as we
Session 1.1 listen to our first topic for today, Leading and Managing Schools as a
Learning Organization in the New Normal
which shall be shared to us by a NEAP Facilitator. Dr. Jose Allan
Suganob, Principal III of Baguio NSAT.

LUNCH BREAK To replenish the glucose that has been lost for this morning’s session,

We are hyped up for this afternoon's session from our well-deserved
