• Estimating;
• Proposal preparation;
• Contract negotiation ;
• Health and safety performance;
• Project execution plan and Associated documentation development,
implementation and compliance to;
• Monitoring and controlling project execution;
The Project Manager will have the authority, and accountability, responsibility
for managing the projects to achieve specific objectives.
The Project Manager must be able to lead and manage multiple projects of
varying size and complexity concurrently.
Safety
▪ Leads project teams in execution and implementation of all safety policies and
procedures, Client requirements and local government regulations
▪ Coordinates and communicates effectively with the safety teams both internal
and client side
Technical
▪ Leads in the preparation of complex, large scope estimates in Hard Dollar and
participate in bid reviews & process
▪ Works with Project teams to create and update project schedule to show
timeline of project
▪ Directs and manages project work from start to finish according to schedule,
specifications and budget
▪ Takes part in project kick-off meetings where possible, and follow up with
regular site visits
▪ Works with project finance team for financial requirements, cost tracking and
billing
▪ Reviews and approve invoices and or progress payments and send invoices to
the client as per client requirements
▪ Leads the entry and reviews of project reporting data in company software
systems to ensure proper coding and cost allocation, on projects
▪ Leads one or more project teams in the review of the project's metrics, cost,
and schedule with project staff as the project proceeds on a weekly basis
▪ Conducts daily reviews and approves all timesheets
▪ Works with and coaches other members of the Project team and deal with
issues that are negatively impacting the team’s productivity
▪
▪ Manages the performance and support the development of own staff (if
applicable) as well as provide information and feedback to leadership on
functional staff
▪ Possesses the ability to lead and manage project values of between USD10m
to USD30m
General Qualifications
▪ Strong computer skills with the ability to effectively utilize Microsoft Word, Excel,
Project, PowerPoint, Outlook, Windows and other operational software
applications, including the use of mobile devices
▪ Ability to liaison with customers, suppliers, subcontractors and consultants,
along with the ability to diplomatically resolve any issues and/or concerns that
may occur
