The resolution dismissed the complaint against Capco based on the recommendation in the IBP report dated May 20, 2020. The IBP Board of Governors also adopted and approved the findings and recommendation in the report.

    Martelino v. Atty. Rosendo T. Capco). -The Notice ofResolution No. CBD-
    XXV-2021-11-08 dated November 19, 2021 of the Board of Governors of the
    Integrated Bar of the Philippines is NOTED. This Court resolves to ADOPT
    and APPROVE the findings of fact, conclusions of law, and
    recommendations of the Investigating Commissioner in the attached Report
    and Recommendation dated May 20, 2020, which the Integrated Bar of the
    Philippines Board of Governors likewise adopted and approved. The
    Complaint against Atty. Rosendo T. Capco is DISMISSED.
