Your role
You will be an integral member of the People Experience Management team under Golden
based in the Singapore office, where you will report to the Executive Director and provide
support to local and overseas employees on all HR related questions as part of People
Experience. The role consists of employee engagement and the roll out of local HR
Initiatives. In addition, the role will support the Group to coordinate overall administrative
matters.
Human Resource:
Support all HR activities associated with an employee life cycle including but not limited
to onboarding of new hires into the HR system, offboarding management, preparation of
HR related documents, administer confirmation assessment process, training course
registrations, report generation, responding to staff queries, conduct reference checks.
Support the HR Director in the management of tasks relating to recruitment and talent
acquisition e.g., scheduling interview meetings on HRD’s direction, communication
support etc.
Support the delivery of projects in HR Operations including Staff Welfare, and Learning &
Development.
Updating of organisational chart, HR system and other tracking sheets.
General Admin:
Manage email inbox and answering of phonecalls
Administer expense claims submission for Business Unit Leaders
Inventory management and manage office supplies and pantry items
Manage and track petty cash
Organise corporate photoshoot
Arrange for welcome gifts, baby hampers, birthday gift wrapping, etc.
Arranging of couriers
Coordinating of food for corporate events
Have 1-2 years of professional experience in HR generalist roles ideally in a fast paced
and high performing environment; with recent roles in HR administration, employee
relations and/or engagement
Able to work independently and as a team player
Be proactive, motivated, has excellent judgement as well as great people and
communication skills with the ability to communicate with people at all levels
Excellent work attitude with a strong ability to manage stress in a professional manner
Diploma and/or Degree in HR Management or related fields; IHRP certified professional
optional.
