    Subject: Requesting for additional fee increase for raffle prizes during the socialization nights.

    Good day,

    In connection to the upcoming socialization on October 29, 2022, the 15 th Supreme Student Council led
    by the adviser will be having a raffle prize during the conduct of the said event.

    We respectfully, would like to request to add an amounting of 20.00 pesos to the 300.00 pesos
    socialization fee. This contribution will utilize for interesting raffle prizes such as, school supplies, mugs
    and umbrellas, for the grand prizes are tumblers and 500.00 pesos cash prizes and the major prize will
    be a phone worth of 4,000.00 – 5,000.00 pesos.

    The purpose of the raffle prizes is to encourage the students to participate and to bring enjoyment
    during the celebration.

    We are open for discussion and queries and hoping for your positive response to thin endeavor
