1) Design Standard EN40
2) Design criteria-
2.1) Basic Wind Speed: 169 kmph
2.2) Topography is considered as flat.
Casted part 3) Materials
3.1) Pole shaft: YSt 240 as per IS 1161
3.2) Base plate: A36/A572-50 or equivalent
See door cover detail-A 3.3) Anchor Bolts: EN8 Grade
3.4) Casted parts: Cast iron
4) Hot dip galvanised to ASTM A123, with minimum average GI coating of 65µm.
5) PU(Polyurethane) painted with avg. DFT of 70µm, using very high quality paint & primer.
6) Marine grade paint is available at additional cost.
Casted part 7) Anchor bolts are optional and can be ordered separately. Though it is recommended to
use the bolts as per our specifications.
8) Spigot dia./length is dependent on mix of type of pole/pole height/type of luminaire (for post top installation)
Base plate type of bracket (for bracket mounted luminaire).
9) Use KOC (Keselec Ordering Code) for colour,texture,embellishment and accessories of poles.
