    INTRODUCTION

    An online workshop on MDP was conducted on 26-04-2022 for the


    TGTs of KV under Ernakulam Region. Shri R Senthil Kumar, Deputy
    Commissioner, KVS RO Ernakulam gave the inaugural address. He
    emphasised on the importance of multidisciplinary approach in the
    fast changing world.
    Smt Deepti Nair, Assistant Commissioner, KVS RO Ernakulam who
    was also the course director gave key note address.
    Shri K P Sudhakaran, Principal, KV CRPF Peringome acted as the
    associate course director. Smt Sheeja Menon, TGT Science, KV
    Kaduthuruthy, Smt Mini Sekar, TGT Maths ,K V NO.1 Palakkad were
    the Resource Persons. Smt Suma V.P, TGT English, KV Kanjikode
    was a guest speaker. 41 TGTs of different KVs attended the
    programme.
    An indepth discussion about the preparation of MDP, its framework,
    objectives, expectations, rubrics etc were taken up. The participants
    were given group tasks to prepare sample MDPs to get them
    involved in the process. Further all participants were instructed to
    complete inhouse training at their respective Vidyalayas. The training
    in all KVs of Ernakulam region was completed before the
    commencement of the summer vacation..
