SUPPLEMENTAL BUDGET NO. 1
CALENDAR YEAR 2022

Presented for consideration is the Supplemental Budget of this Barangay appropriating the amount
of EIGHTY-FOUR THOUSAND FIVE HUNDRED THREE PESOS AND 48/100 (PHP 84,503.48) as additional
appropriations for Personal Services and Maintenance and other Operating Expenses (M.O.O.E) of the
barangay.

NOW THEREFORE, with the concurrence of all members present, it was

RESOLVED, as it is hereby resolved, to enact the following to wit.

Section 1. Supplemental Budget No. 1, S-2022 of Barangay, Asingan, Pangasinan appropriating funds
for the Personal Services and MOOE’s of the Barangay in the amounts of PHP 84,503.48 is hereby approved
and summarized as follows:

Section 2. This appropriation ordinance that embodied Supplemental Budget No. 1, Calendar Year

RESOLVED FURTHER, that copies of this Appropriation Ordinance embodying Supplemental Budget
No. 1, Calendar Year 2022, be furnished to all officers and offices concern for review.

RESOLUTION APPROVING THE 5% CALAMITY FUND OF BARANGAY BOBONAN, ASINGAN,

PANGASINAN APPROPRIATING THE AMOUNT OF SIXTY-TWO THOUSAND THREE HUNDRED EIGHTY-
ONE PESOS AND 48/100 ONLY (PHP 62,381.48)

WHEREAS, the primary objectives of the Sangguniang Barangay of this Barangay are to enhance
the social, culture and economic development of the barangay.
WHEREAS, Calamity Fund equivalent to 5% of IRA for the program of the barangay in
compliance to the Barangay Disaster Risk Reduction Management Committee Plan (BDRRMC).

NOWTHEREFORE, on motion of SBm RUPERTO BOLLESER JR., duly seconded by all members
present, it was,

RESOLVED, as it is hereby resolved by the Barangay Development Council of Barangay Bobonan,

Asingan, Pangasinan that 5% Calamity Fund Covering the period from October 1 to December 31, 2022
at the sum of Sixty-two Thousand Three Hundred Eighty-one Pesos and 48/100 Only (Php 62,381.48), is
hereby approved for the purchase of equipments, summarized as follows

PANGASINAN APPROPRIATING THE AMOUNT OF ONE THOUSAND THREE HUNDRED FIFTY-SIX
PESOS AND 06/100 ONLY (PHP 1,356.06)

WHEREAS, the primary objectives of the Sangguniang Barangay of this Barangay are to enhance
the social, culture and economic development of the barangay.
WHEREAS, Under the Capital Outlay of the Barangay it was allocated for the additional fund for
the purchase of furniture and fixtures (office table) to be used at Barangay Bobonan, Asingan,
Pangasinan.

NOWTHEREFORE, on motion of SBm EDDIE A. COJOTAN JR., duly seconded by all members
present, it was,

RESOLVED, as it is hereby resolved by the Barangay Development Council of Barangay Bobonan,

Asingan, Pangasinan that the Capital Outlay covering the period from October 1, 2022 to December 31,
2022 at the sum of One Thousand Three Hundred Fifty-Six pesos and 06/100 only (Php 1,356.06), is
hereby approved for the purchase of wall fan, summarized as follows:

WHEREAS, the primary objectives of the Sangguniang Barangay of this Barangay are to enhance
the social, culture and economic development of the barangay.
WHEREAS, the 20% Development Fund of the IRA for the program of the barangay in
compliance to the infrastructure projects.

NOWTHEREFORE, on motion of SBm ALDRIN P. PANAGA, duly seconded by all members

present, it was,

RESOLVED, as it is hereby resolved by the Barangay Development Council of Barangay Bobonan,

Asingan, Pangasinan that 20% Development Fund Covering the period from October 1, 2022 to
December 31, 2022 at the sum of One Thousand Seven Hundred Ten Pesos and 90/100 Only (Php
1,710.90), is hereby approved for the project summarized as follows
